The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a strategic member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the organization’s human capital strategy. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational design, and talent development.
- Lead the development of scalable HR systems and processes that support a rapidly expanding workforce.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment strategies to support high-volume hiring across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Build pipelines for nurses, aides, and healthcare professionals in highly competitive labor markets.
- Implement workforce planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing for expanding service lines.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including healthcare-specific regulations.
- Oversee regulatory compliance related to healthcare workforce requirements, licensure verification, background checks, and employee documentation.
- Develop policies and procedures that align with Department of Health, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements.
Employee Relations
- Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Build a culture of accountability and leadership development across the organization.
- Implement conflict resolution and workplace engagement initiatives.
HR Infrastructure & Systems
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology platforms including Workday or similar HRIS systems.
- Develop standardized onboarding, training, and performance evaluation frameworks.
- Establish measurable KPIs and HR analytics to guide decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation strategies that support recruitment and retention.

Leadership Development

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Demonstrated experience building HR infrastructure in a high-growth organization
Deep knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
Experience managing large, multi-site workforces
Healthcare industry experience
Experience supporting organizations with 500+ employees

From a customer perspective, is accountable for on-premise selling of cold drink, fountain and vending. From a sales strategy perspective, is accountable for primarily new customers (acquisition) and minimal account maintenance on big accounts or problem areas. Focus is on new business, filling voids, and distribution availability. From a process perspective, is accountable to access and persuade throughout the selling process. May also be responsible for equipment placement that is for immediate consumption, single serve, etc.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your fellow EMS professionals and management to assure top tier patient care.
* Be flexible as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.

- Active Overview The Advanced Electronics and Computer Field trains Sailors to maintain, operate, and repair some of the Navy's most sophisticated electronics and computing systems, including radar, communications, navigation, local area networks, weapons fire control, and Aegis combat systems.
ETs and FCs form the backbone of a ship's Combat Systems department aboard carriers, cruisers, destroyers, and other surface combatants, as well as at repair and technical activities ashore.
Key Responsibilities Serve as an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC) after training, based on performance and Navy needs; as an ET, maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment including transmitters, receivers, displays, and shipboard communications suites such as SATCOM and HF; as an FC, operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, computers, large screen displays, local area networks, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems; troubleshoot complex electronic and electro mechanical faults using technical documentation, test equipment, and established procedures; maintain configuration control, documentation, and logs that support inspections, certifications, and combat system readiness.
What to Expect Hands on technical work that blends classroom, computer based training, and intensive lab practice; frequent troubleshooting under time pressure to restore mission critical combat systems and communications; strict adherence to safety procedures, configuration control, technical documentation, and test routines; team based maintenance and watchstanding afloat and ashore, often on rotating shifts to support around the clock operations; progressive responsibility as you qualify on systems, earn Navy Enlisted Classifications, and advance in rate.
Work Environment Assignments aboard surface combatants such as aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers and destroyers, and amphibious ships, as well as at shore based repair and technical facilities; daily work in combat systems spaces, radar rooms, communications centers, electronics shops, and shipboard network spaces; a mix of lab style environments and shipboard spaces with noise, ladders, confined areas, and occasional exposure to heat or weather when working on topside equipment.
Pathways, Training & Advancement Recruit Training followed by Apprentice Technical Training at Great Lakes, Illinois, covering basic electronics, circuitry, safety, digital theory, microcomputers, fiber optics, test equipment, and troubleshooting; strand training in either the Fire Controlman or Electronics Technician track, with FCs focusing on radar, ballistics, and fire control basics, and ETs focusing on communications suites and radar systems; follow on A School and platform or system specific C Schools, often with college credit recommended by the American Council on Education; accelerated advancement to E4 upon completion of initial school training and all advancement requirements, with continued promotion based on performance, time in rate, and professional development.
Enlist under the Advanced Electronics and Computer Field program, with final placement into the Electronics Technician or Fire Controlman rating during initial training at Great Lakes, based on performance and Navy needs; maintain AECF eligibility throughout training in order to retain any accelerated advancement benefits; fleet conversion into ET or FC from another rating may be possible for qualified Sailors, subject to screening and community manning.

Join our Advanced Technology team at our Melville innovation hub as an Associate Scientist. In this role, you will contribute to the cutting-edge screening of new ingredients and biological complexes. You will be part of a team dedicated to generating the high-quality data that powers our product claims and clinical benefits, working in a fast-paced environment that values scientific curiosity and collaborative excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and prepare skin cell lines and other various cell types for critical biological testing.
- Perform bench-top experiments and analytical measurements to screen new ingredients for biological activity.
- Conduct both laboratory and information-based research to support key scientific platforms and ingredient portfolios.
- Ensure the maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related scientific field.
- Hands-on experience with cell culture and standard biological assays in either an academic or professional research setting.
- Prior experience specifically working with skin cells or dermatological research. (Preferred)

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant
The RCM Consultant will work on a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality operational and technical solutions for our clients, and understands the unique data challenges and information needs of healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare and EHR data models
- Performs and coordinates simple to complex projects with minimal direction.
- Optimizes internal resources to maximize team capabilities.
- Serve as an operations expert for discipline in cross-functional teams and knowledgeable about RCM
- Manage medium to large-scale projects to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timeliness, and costs.
- Lead and execute Epic initiatives, ensuring efficient and optimized use of Epic modules to enhance performance. Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow.
- Develop project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a group setting
- Proven capacity to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and time-sensitive conditions.
- Ability to apply healthcare expertise to the design, configuration, and testing of Epic EHR System.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report troubleshooting ability.
- Able to excel in a matrixed environment, both as a member of a home team with shared functional skills and as a member of time-delimited multidisciplinary project teams spinning up as needed and dissolving upon project completion.
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and operating as a service provider to deliver value.
Required Certifications and Experience
- Current Epic certification in revenue cycle applications (HB, PB, Claims, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience working with Epic Systems.
- 3+ years of consulting experience with a proven track record of managing client engagements, maintaining organized documentation, and conducting timely follow-ups
Work location
Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) - first 90 days are on fully in office
If located outside of the NYC/Long Island area, fully remote options are available.
Travel may be required based upon client needs.
Compensation
The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range and total compensation reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
