Qualifications To qualify for this position, you should possess the following: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, in the construction industry.
2.
Extensive experience with Job Cost and WIP accounting is a must.
3.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A CPA or similar professional accounting certification is highly desirable.
4.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
5.
Proficiency in accounting software and other financial management tools.
6.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
