Senior Administrator (HR & Administration Lead)
An international sourcing company is seeking a trusted and hands-on Senior Administrator to lead the company’s HR and administrative functions across the U.S.
This is a high-impact, standalone role responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle while supporting executive leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the primary HR lead for the organization and play a key role in strengthening internal processes and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on HR professional with 5+ years of experience managing HR operations, payroll (ADP), and office administration within a small organization (approximately 50-70 employees).
People Operations & HR Administration
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and support a positive work environment.
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention programs
- Process payroll, maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors to support the administration of employee benefit programs. This involves communicating benefits to employees, assisting with enrollment, handling billing reconciliation, and supporting employees with any ongoing needs or questions.
- Coordinate 401(k) contributions and administration with plan/provider partners
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings and conducting reference checks
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation
- Assist in performance review processes
- Maintain and update office records, insurance policies, licenses, files and databases.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers and contractors, and manage office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure a productive work environment
- Support periodic updates to the Employee Handbook and company policies in coordination with leadership and external HR/legal resources, as applicable
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
Top Management Support
- Coordinate and manage external audits, acting as the primary contact for auditors and ensuring timely
- completion of deliverables.
- Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies.
- Support internal controls, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Perform other tasks as assigned by top management
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of hands-on HR administration and office administration experience
- Experience managing payroll systems (ADP required) and benefits administration
- Experience in a standalone HR role strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment practices and labor lows preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills with a confident and trustworthy presence
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of Japanese business culture is a strong plus but not required.
- Travel as needed.

Cashier Responsibilities
- Reporting to the restaurant general manager, our cashiers are the guest service experts (GSE) that champion better burgers! In this role you will:
- Greet guests with a smile! Responsible for welcoming new and repeat guests every visit
- Promote a fun and positive work environment
- Teamwork! Must be able to work with others on the line and communicate effectively with cooks and managers in a busy restaurant environment
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items so you can make meal suggestions & answer questions

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time & to move and lift boxes of food/ supplies up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- May feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment in the area assigned
- Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- May load materials into trucks and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools
- Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
- Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet
- Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
- Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products

Primary Responsibilities:

Proficient in operating one (1) piece of equipment.
Perform all quality checks according to Manufacturing Inspection Instructions (MII) and quality specifications sheets.

Follow all prescribed safety/housekeeping practices and procedures.
Track machine downtime per shift.

Qualifications:
Must possess High School Diploma or GED.

Must be able to perform basic math (adding and subtraction).
Must be able to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer solution.
Must be able to complete supplemental training (i.e. technical math, basic computer skills, basic measuring skills, etc.)

The Line Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day to day overall management of the FBO line service operations including the fuel farm, quality assurance, its personnel, inventories, properties, equipment, and the adherence to our company policies and procedures and safety standards for the departments staff and our clients and guests.

Responsible for line service staffing and actively participates in performing the line service functions. Plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the FBO operations in accordance with Hawthorne Global Aviation Services, governmental and environmental agencies policies and regulations. Trains, develops and manages the line service team, securing the required number of staff and ensuring the required level of qualifications and experience. Coordination with management, other departments, manufacturers and customers in matters of overriding importance. Supports the development of pricing schedules and rates for any relevant ground handling services provided.
