Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production and operating equipment.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical equipment including but not limited to: 110v, 227v, and 480v systems, motors, and electrical controls.
Interpret and apply information from schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty equipment, test new machinery before use or installation, maintain parts inventories, and prepare detailed maintenance reports.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize maintenance procedures and ensure safety and efficiency.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems including 110v, 227v, and 480v systems, motors, and electrical controls.
Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
Ability to read and comprehend schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical team members.
