Required Qualifications:

Must hold four active state license with full practice and prescriptive authority, including at least one in New York, Virginia, Maryland, Arizona, Illinois, Nevada, Colorado, Washington or Florida prior to interview.
Must be willing to obtain additional licenses in the future
Must be nationally NP board certified: FNP-BC or FNP-C
Experience providing care across the lifespan, starting from infancy (age 0 and up) as a NP.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency Room (ER) setting.
Previous Telehealth experience preferred.
Must not be excluded from participating in any state or federal healthcare programs.
Must have a clean professional record with no board disciplinary actions.
Strong clinical decision-making skills and confidence in practicing independently.

The Health Services Director (Registered Nurse) at Brightview is a trusted clinical leader who embodies our mission and vibrancy, guiding a team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care.
It is important to note that this schedule will be Sunday - Thursday.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will develop and lead a team of Licensed Nursing Associates while providing clinical supervision to MedTechs and Resident Assistants (HHAs). Through your leadership, the team will collaborate to implement comprehensive, resident-centered care plans that reflect Brightview’s high standards of nursing practice and meet all regulatory requirements.
You will conduct nursing assessments, provide clinical oversight, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. In addition, you will oversee the safe and accurate delivery of medications and partner closely with residents’ physicians and other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for ongoing care.
As a key member of the Brightview community leadership team, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact—supporting our residents in living active, vibrant, and fulfilling lives.
Salary Range: USD $125,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- RN required
- Experience in geriatric nursing or gerontology and dementia care (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a health care supervisory role (preferred).
- Solid computer and keyboarding skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group of associates, residents and family members.
- Ability to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex and/or sensitive issues.

Responsibilities:- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
- Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
- Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
- Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.

They are adding a part-time Medical Order Processing Assistant to their team to help streamline the medical order management process. This is a part-time in-office position from 9 AM to 1 or 2 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Description
As a Medical Order Processing Assistant, you'll play a critical role in managing and coordinating physician orders:
- Use our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to fax physician orders to external providers.
- Monitor order confirmations and proactively call physician offices if faxes aren?t received or confirmed.
- Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and required details.
- Manage incoming orders via fax or digital portals and file them properly in the EMR.
- Communicate clearly with medical staff about incomplete or missing orders.
- Maintain accurate logs of faxes sent, received, and any follow-up actions taken.
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in using EMR systems, including sending and managing faxes.
- Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail.
- Confident and professional telephone skills?comfortable calling physician offices for follow-up.
