Primary Duties:

POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

he faculty member will expand a multi-disciplinary outpatient practice focusing on headache, migraine and facial pain syndromes. Clinical responsibilities will include inpatient consultation as well as procedures such as chemo denervation, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, infusion protocols and alternative approaches as appropriate, as well as coordinate clinical trials related to headache. Strong collaboration with behavioral health and integrative plan services is expected. Primary Duties:
Operates and documents all aspects of Ultrasound. Verify procedure for appropriateness and preparation has been performed. Verifies that the patient has consented to the procedure and fully understands its risks, benefits, alternatives, and follow-up. Provides patient information which includes LMP point of tenderness, symptoms, allergies, or other information pertinent to the exam being performed. Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship. This position leads the Antimicrobial Stewardship activities for Sinai Hospital and serves as the pharmacy Infectious Diseases expert for the facility.
