American Traveler is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Speech-Language Pathologist with Epic experience and AK licensure for a 13-week assignment at a specialty rehabilitation hospital in Alaska.

Details

- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital with a 46-bed rehab unit and a 10-bed LTACH/ICU
- Patient population includes stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and amputations
- Clinician's choice of 4x10 or 5x8 day shift schedule (40 hours/week)
- Approximately 2 weekend days required per month
- No on-call requirements
- No floating within the facility
- Charts in Epic
- Scrubs of any color are permitted
- Free parking on-site

Requirements

- Current Alaska SLP license required; pending licensure considered, though an Alaska license in hand is strongly preferred — license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed SLP
- Acute rehabilitation facility experience required
- Acute care experience preferred
- Epic EMR proficiency required
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting
