Compensation & Benefits
- The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $340,000 - $350,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $375,000 - $525,000.

Position Overview
As a surgeon at our practice, you will perform a range of procedures, including advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. We’re particularly interested in surgeons with advanced laparoscopic skills, but we welcome applicants with varied experience. Our focus is on providing high-quality care through minimally invasive techniques, but you’ll also have the opportunity to perform traditional general and colorectal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general, endoscopic, and/or colorectal surgeries, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques
- Collaborate closely with our surgical and clinical teams to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in outpatient surgical procedures at our on-site surgical center
- Provide consultation and pre/post-operative care for patients
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and follow-up in a timely manner
- Flexibility with call schedules and patient scheduling to promote a balanced lifestyle within the group
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery (Minimally Invasive and/or Colorectal experience preferred)
- Advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical skills are highly preferred
- Desire to work with a diverse patient population
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced surgical practice setting
