We are seeking a Temporary IIS IFRS Specialist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $46,000 (W-2)
This is a temporary 12-month position.
Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- This position is based out of Kansas City, MO and will cover Jackson, Clay, Platte, and Ray counties.
- Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
- Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
- Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.
- Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with children and the following:
- Must have a high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

The Senior Retail Pharmacist (VSP/PT) compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals. The Senior Retail Pharmacist (VSP/PT) work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

We are seeking a Nutritional Health Services Specialist to join our team. Your role will work under the supervision of the Manager of Nutritional Health Services. This position is responsible in cooperation with other kitchen staff for meal and snack preparation and maintaining the kitchen. What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an attorney who has a desire to work up cases in detail while being supported by an A+ team. We’ve built an environment that allows more deep-thinking and creativity than most personal injury firms out there. Our new attorney will work with a growing team of 20 legal professionals and interact with clients, attorneys, judges, medical providers, and other legal professionals as needed. To be a part of our team, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years legal experience and should have the following skills/traits:
1. Good with people and able to empathize with clients
2. Motivated, takes initiative and enjoys solving problems,
3. Top tier organization and prioritization skills (a must-have)
4. Hunger to learn and grow in all aspects of being a personal injury attorney
5. Willing to take ownership and speak up to help us all improve everyday
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Bar License in Missouri and/or Kansas (both Missouri & Kansas preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years in legal practice, with a preference for personal injury law.
- Experience in working directly with clients and insurance companies and resolving claims in the pre-litigation and/or litigation process.

A typical day for this position may include:
· Developing case strategy and executing that strategy.
· Interacting and negotiating with insurance companies.
· Communicating with clients with empathy and openness about their cases.
· Supervising paralegals and legal assistants ensuring tasks are completed in our case management system.
· Review medical records and reports.
· Supervise the settlement and lien reduction process.
· Celebrate client victories.
