This position is located in Hartford City, IN. Knowledge Services has a great opportunity for a strong customer service focused individual who wants to make a difference in their daily work life with the FSSA / Division of Family Resources (DFR) as an Eligibility Assistant. This position will provide general office support and assistance for case workers and clients applying for public assistance. This position will provide customer service and interact directly with the general public, clients, office staff, and other state personnel. The DFR is responsible for determining eligibility for individuals applying and/or receiving public assistance. Programs include TANF (cash assistance), SNAP, and Medicaid. The Eligibility Assistant staff are front desk staff who are responsible for helping collect paperwork, processing or \"pushing\" applications and assisting clients who are applying and/or receiving public assistance among other administrative tasks.

Responsible for the successful overall coordination, administration, and direction of all Beverage activities on property, in any mission and objectives and in full accordance with all policies and procedures, gaming regulations and alcohol beverage commission.

- Reviews and investigates all shortages and open checks for their venue
- Partners with restaurant leadership to develop all beverage menus, pricing structures, recipe standards, and wine selections. Create and update beverage menus with current trends and guest’s preferences, collaborating with Chefs and vendors.
- Maintains the company’s beverage program standards to remain company compliant and maximizing national beverage contracts.

- Review and monitor documents and transactions to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies and procedures.
