Schedule: Start: November 3, 2025 Coverage: Nov 2 (Call), Nov 3???7, Nov 10???14, Nov 23, Nov 24???Dec 5, Dec 15???19, Dec 21???26, Dec 27, Dec 29???Jan 2 On-call: 3 PM ??? 7 AM, every 4th night & 5th weekend Regular Hours: 7 AM ??? 3 PM Ongoing assignments available Requirements: Active DEA & CSR licenses ACLS, BLS, and PALS (AHA certified) Proven competency with epidurals, spinals, and blocks Practice Highlights: ~3,800 cases annually Wide case mix: Endoscopy, Orthopedics (joints & spine), Pediatric Dental, OB (415 deliveries; 160 C-sections), General Surgery, Urology, Pain, GYN, ENT, Podiatry Expanding OB and General Surgery volumes EMR: Meditech (with potential Medaxion integration) Additional Information: Housing available at Fort Sill military base for active/retired military personnel Assistance with housing coordination for booked providers This is a chance to practice independently across diverse specialties in a high-demand environment with strong team support.
