Customer Service / Order Processing Specialist
Are you a detail‐oriented customer service/order processing professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment? We're looking for an Order Processing Specialist to take ownership of customer and distributor sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and provide exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, support cross‐functional teams, and help strengthen the processes that keep our business moving. This is an onsite position at our corporate headquarters located in Carrollton, TX.
What you'll do -
- Customer Service
- Serve as a resource and part expert by providing accurate support to customer inquiries.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to identify challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Customer Sales Processing
- Communicate with customers regarding orders for manufactured and aftermarket products.
- Review orders and incoming order documentation to ensure configuration, price, and product requirements are accurate and specifications are complete prior to order entry.
- Enter and process confirmed orders in JD Edwards ERP system and acknowledge back to customer.
- Distributor Sales Processing
- Contact distributor for clarification of missing information. Resolve any problems with the orders to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Answer distributor's inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and order status.
- With the Purchasing to provide ship dates for non-stock items. Advise distributors of delays or changes in shipping dates. Expedite, if required, to meet customer expectations.
- Sales Support
- Answer any sales order questions that arise within sales, customer service.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other departments about date management, special requests, freight, and other customer needs.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects including lean and kaizen events in order to improve the department.

- Requires a high school diploma. Associate's degree in business administration is desirable.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service working with customers, salespeople, or distributors.
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with JD Edwards software preferred.

Human Resources Support

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Responsible for developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. What you’ll do:
- Responsible for identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
- Establishes and continues the broker/seller relationship and ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases for existing and newly approved Carrington customers.
- Advises brokers/sellers of Company programs, pricing and submission policies and procedures.
- Advises brokers/sellers of any changes to Company’s policies or procedures
- Assists brokers/sellers in loan submission process.
- Trains brokers/sellers on use of available online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, rate sheets and loan lock procedures.
- Acts as liaison with outside broker, and internal broker coordinator, processor, processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely loan closings.
- Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.
- Work, maintain and update contacts in the CRM system.
- Maintain all customer confidential information in accordance with all company policies and all laws.
- Acts as liaison with Sellers, and internal correspondent coordinator, relationship manager, underwriting, and funding to ensure timely purchase of a loan.
- Manages loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide a high level of customer service to brokers/sellers during the loan process.
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated sales performance with a concentration developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships
- Proven ability to set and reach sales goals
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- Experience selling NonQM Mortgage Products
- Knowledge of purchase transactions
- 1 – 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors and loan products preferred.

Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Data Security and Governance to lead our comprehensive data protection program. This critical role involves establishing and enforcing data security policies to meet stringent regulatory requirements, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and fulfilling complex data security obligations within commercial contracts. You will be responsible for building our data governance framework from the ground up, including implementing a robust data classification program and deploying modern security solutions like Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Rights Management (DRM)., in addition to managing the DLP program.
Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Strategy & Policy Development: Design, implement, and oversee the enterprise-wide data security and governance strategy, policies, and standards.
- Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Serve as the primary expert on data security requirements for ITAR and other government regulations. Ensure all data handling processes and systems are compliant with contractual and legal obligations.
- Data Classification Program: Develop and manage a corporate data classification policy and program. Work with business units to identify, classify, and protect sensitive and regulated data throughout its lifecycle.
- Technology Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and operationalization of a Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) solution to provide visibility and control over our data landscape.
- Data Rights Management (DRM): Implement and manage a DRM solution to control access to and usage of sensitive data, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access and interact with protected information according to defined policies.
- Risk Management: Conduct regular data security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and oversee remediation efforts to mitigate risks.
- Incident Response: Develop and lead the data-focused components of the incident response plan, including containment, investigation, and reporting of data breaches.
- Collaboration & Training: Partner closely with Legal, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders to embed data security principles into their operations. Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness about data governance and security best practices.
Typical Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and data governance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing a data classification program across an enterprise.
- Direct experience with the procurement and deployment of DSPM and DRM technologies.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of data protection principles, including encryption, access control, data loss prevention (DLP), and data discovery.
- Expert knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-171, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP)
Typical Education
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
