Partner with plant leadership to ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations.
Prepare and deliver safety reports and presentations for leadership teams.
Continuously improve safety management systems and best practices within a fast-paced automotive setting.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in occupational health & safety within industrial or manufacturing environments; Tier-1 automotive experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001/14001, or similar safety management systems.
Skilled in hazard identification, safety auditing, and program development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license and passport (safety certification such as ASP is a plus).
