Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide PM to the following facility locations: Maryland, Idaho, Florida, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Alaska, Pennsylvania, and California.
Manage the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross-functional teams to include estimating task orders.
Develops project plans and supervises the execution of the Statement of Work requirements.
Creates and tracks task lists; developed timelines for deliverables; creates and executes communications plan through scheduled meetings, E-mails and telephone calls while managing company resources to ensure quality performance from all employees.
Ensures customer satisfaction through periodic project reviews, reports, and status briefings.
Provides supervision to include the direction, coordination, and evaluation of contract / subcontract personnel.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications • Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Level of Experience Requirements: o Five to seven (5-7) years facility maintenance experience o Three to five (3-5) years PM or OM experience on a facility maintenance contract • Thirty (30) hours OSHA safety class or equivalent within the past three (3) years Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics • Ability to manage multi-state departments and employees • Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows – understanding how work moves through a company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as the primary technical expert for SATCOM Help Desk operations, including Tier I and Tier II support functions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses to user inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic Government Computer (GC) connectivity, workstation issues, and network access problems.
• Perform network troubleshooting, including diagnosing basic routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and ticket updates.
• Manage and supervise help desk personnel supporting the SMC, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee ticket creation, tracking, escalation, and closure using approved service desk systems.
• Provide Tier I support for phone calls, initial diagnoses, and ticket tracking; provide Tier II support for more advanced maintenance, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate shipment, RMA processing, and tracking of procured items in support of the SMC.
• Maintain logs, reports, and metrics on ticket flow, recurring issues, asset conditions, and customer satisfaction trends.
• Conduct regular communication with users, program managers, and engineering teams to coordinate troubleshooting and updates.
• Ensure compliance with help desk policies, security directives, network guidelines, and DoD IT standards.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior personnel to ensure consistent and quality support operations.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce ticket volume, and enhance user experience.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications • Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent • Level of Experience Requirements: • Minimum of four (4) years of IT customer support experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a military environment • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Government Computer (GC) connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and common network troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including writing SOPs, ticket notes, and system reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, leadership, and technical teams.

• Ability to handle RMAs, shipment coordination, and tracking procedures.

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment as needed.
Perform routine troubleshooting of assigned out of service equipment and correct issues, act as an escalation point for lower level technicians, and escalate to leadership and/or more senior technicians as needed.
Record all maintenance issues in maintenance log for each line.
Document all work in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and ticketing systems as appropriate and maintain accurate records of all operating logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC equipment, and other facility systems that are tested on a routine basis.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist maintenance mechanics in work that requires two people or when operational needs demand.
Perform facility/building project work as assigned.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, light bulb/ballast replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, ceiling tile replacement, carpentry duties, plumbing repairs and maintaining operation logs.
Assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation and production.
Analyze and record cause of production delays on daily production reports and initiate procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.
Examine defects and analyze spoilage causes and, where possible, take corrective action and verify the corrective action has eliminated the problems.
Required Experience: Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience 3 year of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment Basic skill level in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel Experience working with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems and ability to troubleshoot these systems
- Willing to travel at least/up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Physical Abilities:- Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs Must be able to stand for minimum of 8 hours and up to 12 hours for up to 6 days a week.
Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought on-line. Ability to continuously ascend and descend from ladders and stairs, work at heights and/or from a ladder, work from a lying down position, work with your hands above your head.

Preferred Qualifications Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification.
At least 3 years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet.
Physical activities necessary to perform one or more essential functions of the position: Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily

Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Work with Network Engineer on STRMM software updates pushed to all cluster and Terminal servers • Work with CodeMettle for applicable IAVA updates and push them to remote systems • Work with SMC helpdesk personnel to oversee the sustainment and support process for local and remote STRMM systems • Oversee all Trouble Tickets that are assigned as CodeMettle Trouble Tickets and ensure oversight from open to close • Work with AFCENT and CodeMettle Engineers for support on STRMM issues pertaining to the AFCENT network Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree you need 10 years of related experience • Minimum of four (4) years in IT customer support and shall have two (2) years experience in a military environment.
