Account Manager – Enterprise VAR Channel
Job Description
Role Purpose:
Drive new revenue growth by developing relationships with enterprise VAR partners and generating consistent pipeline opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new VAR relationships
- Own deals from initial contact through close
- Position Clearway’s value (speed, flexibility, problem-solving)
- Collaborate with deal desk for quoting and execution
- Expand accounts into repeat business
KPIs:
- New VAR account/relationships opened
- Revenue generated
- Pipeline size and velocity
- Repeat business rate
- Gross margin on deals
Profile:
- 3–7 years in VAR/channel sales
- Proven hunter mentality
- Strong communication and deal ownership skills
- Experience selling IT infrastructure solutions preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commission with accelerators for new business and high-margin deals
