The Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator will perform the assigned duties out of our new Agawam distribution office & warehouse. This role will be responsible for various activities including shipments, deliveries, & on-site warehouse operations and data entry records.

As we expand throughout New England and into the Capital Region of Upstate New York, we are building out our Agawam warehouse operations.

We are seeking a dependable, organized professional to help establish and maintain the daily shipping and regional delivery systems that support our continued growth. The right candidate will play a key role in setting the standard for organization, accountability, and operational consistency at this location.

This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, structure, and the ability to work independently. You won't just be stepping into a routine position — you'll be helping build and strengthen an expanding operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily UPS shipping and outbound package processing
• Assign and maintain accurate tracking and logistics records
• Complete scheduled regional deliveries throughout New England and the Capital Region of Upstate NY

Estimator (Welding & Fabrication)

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Estimator to join our welding and fabrication team. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom assemblies that include machining, welding, fabrication, plating, finishing, and final assembly.

The ideal candidate understands manufacturing processes from raw material to finished product and can confidently analyze drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to develop precise job quotes.

This role is critical to our company's growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs (Requests for Quote), blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications
• Analyze assemblies that require:

Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, Structural)

Machining (CNC, manual)

Fabrication

Plating / coating / finishing

Mechanical assembly

• Determine material requirements and pricing
• Calculate labor hours for fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes for outside services (plating, heat treating, etc.)
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns including:

Material

Labor

Outside processing

Overhead

Margin

• Communicate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to validate assumptions
• Submit formal quotations to customers in a timely manner
• Maintain estimating database and historical cost records
• Support production during job kickoff to ensure cost assumptions align with execution
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating within a welding, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for quality control review activities for the Bank’s loan portfolio. The Loan Servicing Quality Control Specialist will assist in creating and maintaining QC requirements related to loan operations. This will include validating system reports, follow-up for missing or inaccurate information, and performing other duties pertaining to the loans held, serviced, originated, or sold by the Bank. In addition, this candidate will monitor and review all necessary quality control tasks to ensure they are performed in compliance with Bank policies and procedures. The desired candidate will have a very strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly resolve any issues to mitigate both monetary and reputational risk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs reviews related to reports and/or loans in accordance with the department’s procedures to ensure customer and bank expectations are met.
• Maintains existing procedures/processes and coordinates implementation of new procedures/processes to ensure the Bank is in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, as needed.
• Updates and maintains quality control log, note inventory log, and PIF log.
• Performs quality control reviews on all new loan files to include core system and documentation.
• Performs quality control activities on closed and denied/withdrawn loans as defined in policies and procedures.
• Reviews quality control departmental reports for maintenance activities, accuracy and completion.
• Follows up for any post-closing documentation items and escalates any time delays or issues related to quality control to appropriate management team to ensure items are resolved timely and accurately.
• Maintains industry knowledge, stays abreast of regulatory changes with regards to all loan origination and operation. Updates procedures as these environments change.
• Reviews daily rates to ensure accuracy on the core system.
• Reviews and mails all system generated notices.
• Completes internal file audits to ensure accuracy and originals are maintained per regulatory requirements.
• Prepares PIC posting sheets daily to ensure allocation of loans to appropriate GL.
• Supports document imaging initiatives.
• Balances DDA and GL accounts.
• Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

• Post high school education with one (1) to three (3) years of mortgage loan servicing experience or some comparable combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of all pertinent regulations related to Residential, Consumer, and Commercial lending.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient operation of the Bank’s loan servicing system and Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of the Bank’s loan product offerings, Bank loan regulations and the Bank’s loan policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a positive manner.
