Minimum Qualifications

- Current dental hygienist license in NV and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

- 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office

Physical Requirements

Key Responsibilities

*Client Advocacy & Dispute Resolution*

* Represent clients in civil and probate litigation, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
* Seek resolution of disputes through *mediation and ADR* where appropriate
* Conduct legal research, analyze laws, and develop effective case strategies
* Interview clients and witnesses with professionalism and *compassion*

*Courtroom & Strategic Preparation*

* Advocate in state and federal courts
* Prepare clients and witnesses for testimony
* Stay informed on changes in relevant laws and procedures

*Legal Writing & Risk Analysis*

* Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and settlement agreements
* Review and analyze documents for legal risk and compliance
* Identify solutions using legal *insight* and practical judgment

*Case Management*

* Maintain control over assigned caseload and meet deadlines with *persistent relentlessness*
* Collaborate with internal teams for case preparation and execution
* Maintain well-organized case files and correspondence

*Client Counseling & Empowerment*

* Provide clear, actionable legal advice to help clients make informed decisions
* Assess case strengths, weaknesses, and likely outcomes

Education & Experience Requirements

* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
