  • Evaluates maintenance needs and prepares cost estimates and repair recommendations, with a focus on safety, operational reliability, and facility appearance.
  • Maintains and updates AutoCAD drawings to reflect facility modifications and renovations completed by the maintenance team.
  • Organizes and manages overall maintenance operations, including work order response, property appearance, unit readiness, inventory management, and cost-effective procurement of maintenance supplies.
  • Manages vendor contracts, service agreements, and equipment warranties.
  • Diagnoses and performs routine maintenance and minor repairs while ensuring timely completion of service requests.
  • Assists in developing company policies and long-term departmental strategies and objectives.
  • Recruits, trains, and develops staff while monitoring performance, service standards, and appropriate staffing levels.
  • Ensures all maintenance work and employee training comply with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations.
  • Coordinates and oversees safety compliance and regulatory requirements as established by governing agencies.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates safety and training programs for department personnel.
  • Prepares and manages the Grounds and Maintenance Department budget to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Provides operational support during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Exceptional guest service skills required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and related programs required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience specializing in maintenance of a large commercial facility or physical plant; or equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to facility or property management.
  • At least five (5) years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a small to mid-size company with the ability to manage staff in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Previous experience in supervising and managing schedules on construction projects. Experience working with plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of facility or property management along with

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. The Production Supervisor II is accountable for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality standards and is responsible for meeting customer demand schedules within established cost goals. Supervision may include the management of employees on more than one shift.

Essential Functions
  • Identify and use lean manufacturing tools required to drive improvements and mentor teammates in the use of these tools
  • Provide inputs (resource planning, overtime projections, productivity improvements) to management to develop monthly and annual budgets
  • Assist Value Stream Managers with required monthly reporting to senior level management
  • Review and understand daily key performance indicators to evaluate the current status and gap to plan, and use this data to drive daily problem solving (8 Step, 5 Why, Cause and Effect, Fishbone) where required
  • Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed
  • Serve as liaison to other groups, product lines and/or functional areas to ensure products are built, assembled, and/or tested within appropriate parameters
  • Review the daily allocation of resources in order to drive production schedule to meet established customer requirements
  • Make staffing decisions in accordance with human resource procedures to build and grow the team to meet the needs of the business
  • Develop, coach, and mentor employees through the use of performance planning to drive employee and business growth

As the Physical Therapist Assistant you will perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being while following the established plan of care.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Following all state specific laws governing the provision of physical therapy in home care, to follow the treatment set only as defined by the supervising PT; to perform only those procedures that he/she is qualified and trained to perform and to make all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Physical Therapist
* Instructs and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional, ADL, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
* Observes, records, and reports to the supervising PT, the nurse supervisor, and/or the physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition. Coordinates care with the other members of the healthcare team as appropriate
* Instructs patient, family, caregiver, and other members of the health care team in the areas of therapy within the scope of the physical therapy assistant

Required Qualifications:

* Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of Washington
* Current CPR certification

* Available to work a weekend rotation

Pay Range
$49,500 - $109,300 annual total cash target pay
$28.56 - $63.06 per visit point

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed.   • Perform inspections and in-process inspections as required, including crimping, splicing, torque, bond, and ground checks.
  • Conduct various tests and measurements, such as resistance tests, to ensure that wires meet specification requirements.

  • Inspect electrical wire bundles and assemblies, ensuring all parts have been assembled according to drawings and specifications.
  • Screen paperwork for options, substitutions, and effectiveness of parts and materials.
  • Identify, investigate, and document discrepancies, reporting them to the shop as necessary.
  • Reject wire bundles, assemblies, or installations as required, documenting discrepancies and processing Quality Assurance records.
  • Indicate Quality Assurance acceptance on appropriate paperwork and online systems, processing documentation as required.
  • Coordinate and complete travelers, investigating and clearing check orders as necessary.
  • Initiate Inspection Record Change Requests (IRCR) and/or Shipside Action Trackers (SAT) as needed.
  • Ensure that certifications for tools, test equipment, and personnel are current and compliant.
  • Assist other employees by providing information and answering questions regarding functions, methods, and procedures.
  • Perform first article inspections and FAA conformities, coordinating results as required.
