Success Profile:

The Product Development Associate works closely with the design team to develop seasonal collections through fabric/trim and sample management. They will work closely with mills to manage and track fabric delivery to allocated factories. Key Accountabilities:

Communication: Maintain daily communication with design team, vendors and suppliers regarding all aspects of sample development.

Logistics and Development: Create and update seasonal factory development charts, maintaining them with style changes through development process, communicating to factories for their follow up.

Research: Shops competitors within the price point and high-end. Knowledge of trends.

Logistics and Organization: Coordinate package deliveries and organize samples promptly. Track samples in partnership with sales and marketing teams.


Education and Experience:

· Minimum of three (3) years of product development professional work, preferably in women's apparel

· College degree, or equivalent professional work experience, required

Position Objective:

The Product Development Manager role serves as a link between Design, Production, External Vendors/Mill and Sales/Merchandising. The Opportunity

This is a founding-level development and construction role at an emerging platform. You will own the full project lifecycle — from early diligence and capex underwriting through GC management, renovation delivery, and operational handoff — across a growing portfolio of projects in markets across the country. You will be the primary owner-side brain on all capital projects: assembling the right consultants for each deal, making fast and accurate budget estimates before full plans exist, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, and building the systems and playbooks that will support Blue Hour's growth. This is not a siloed construction role. You will work closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and operations teams. What You Will Do

Capex Underwriting & Diligence

o  Build preliminary construction budgets from site visits, floor plans, and photos — before full architectural plans exist — to support deal underwriting

o  Assess zoning and entitlement risk on potential acquisitions; coordinate with local land use counsel and municipalities as needed

o  Evaluate scope of work, site conditions, and building systems on potential acquisitions; identify red flags and hidden costs


Project Execution

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Retirement Strategies Technology team, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery professionals to deliver quality platforms and products with speed.? You will code, test and debug new and existing applications as you implement capabilities to solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products, services and experiences to delight our customers! Build applications ensuring that the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards, using modern design patterns and architectural principles; remove technical impediments??

Develop high quality, well documented and efficient code adhering to all applicable Prudential standards??

Collaborate with product owners in understanding needs and defining feature stories, tech leads in defining technical design and other team members to understand the system end-to-end and deliver robust solutions that bring about business impact?

Write unit, integration tests and functional automation, researching problems discovered by quality assurance or product support, developing solutions to address the problems??

Bring a strong understanding of relevant and emerging technologies, provide input and coach team members and embed learning and innovation in the day-to-day??

Work on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.

Use programming languages including but not limited to Java, JavaScript, Springboot, Node.js frameworks?

Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields

Ability to coach others with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts and perspectives to the benefit of the organization??

Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
