Responsibilities

Project Management:

Administration and Financial Management:

  • Development, management, and improvement of project management methodologies
  • Participates in ongoing Team Performance Management, Training & Development, and Selection of key team members.
  • Heavily involved in weekly, monthly and long-term staffing coordination.
  • Request appropriate staffing utilizing the schedule and budget as guidelines. Assist the PIC in developing and managing project man-hours and planning schedule.
  • Assist in recruitment and interviewing activities.
  • Performance management; rewarding and overseeing employees in all aspects of day-to-day activities and issues.
  • Business acumen in budgeting, labor forecasting, setting fee to achieve targeted profit level, risk management for projects.

Design Expertise in Educational Facilities/ Industry Knowledge

  • Experience designing for K–12 schools, higher education campuses, and specialty learning environments (e.g., labs, libraries, auditoriums).
  • Ability to create flexible, adaptable spaces that accommodate diverse learning methods and future changes.
  • Understanding of acoustical design considerations in academic environments.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and lighting design to create comfortable, effective learning environments.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of students, teachers, and staff, with a focus on creating environments that foster learning, collaboration, and well-being.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including school boards, administrators, teachers, students, and community members, to understand their needs.

Education, Experience, Skill Sets

  • Bachelors or master's degree in architecture from an accredited college/university.

The Project Manager, Reserves, "PM" plays a crucial role as part of a high-performing, results-oriented Resort Renovation Team. What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for material and process development, characterization and system level integration in support of all Raytheon product lines and new business.

  • Material performance predictions and measurement tests of developmental and production systems. 

  • You will be expected to perform material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted material performance using Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM) tools. 

  • You will work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system performance.

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test of all Raytheon products. As a Principal Test Systems Engineer, you are accountable to coordinate across all engineering teams to define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements.  You must be a systems thinker, able to see the “big picture”, and have the in-depth knowledge of development, production, User Operations, and embedded test process and practices.  As a Test Systems Engineer, you will define and influence how prime hardware will be tested at every level (from component to All-Up-Round) to ensure robustness and efficiency. Job Summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated National Account Representative to play a critical role in building relationships with our clients and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. You will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of the national account (NA) sales strategy in North America primarily focusing on the franchise painter segment, national account brands, and the architect and design (A&D) segment. Geographical coverage will include, but is not limited to, key franchisee painters, National Accounts, and A&D firms. This role covers the Southeast market, and the ideal candidate will be based within 30 miles of Orlando, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, pursue and maintain corporate National Accounts
  • Directly engage with Franchisors, Franchisee Painters, and the A&D community on a one-on-one or group level to monitor the overall effectiveness in meeting their business needs and develop respectful business relationships that promote long-term brand loyalty and drive sales
  • Strategize short & long-term goals for developing the Franchise Painter customer segment throughout North America. Strategies include evaluating opportunities, ways to increase customer experience, growing our business with existing customers, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, field sales, and retailers to identify new account opportunities that will result in sales growth.

This will direct the development and innovation of effective new programs and optimize existing ones to drive incremental business from NA customer segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of recent B2B sales experience managing National Accounts in architectural coatings or adjacent trades (e.g., flooring, window treatments, building materials), with a proven ability to leverage existing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the National Account landscape, including client portfolios and market dynamics, with the ability to translate existing relationships into growth opportunities for a premium brand.
