Summary: Lead BIQ (Built In Quality) Activities in assigned Machining Value Streams. Will be responsible for overseeing all quality related activities and lead problem solving exercises in assigned areas. Serve as troubleshooter and problem solver by interpreting technical requirements, dealing with large degrees of variation with part and process consistency.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of experience working in a continuous improvement culture of Lean manufacturing and 5S
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• Ability to use and read gages
• Drive implementation of continuous improvement activities
• Demonstrate mastery understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes
• Document control processes and procedures
• Problem-solving abilities; identifying process problems and non-conformances
• Experience using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001

Essential Job Functions:

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Responsible for keeping fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure. Must be familiar with accident report guidelines.
• Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliveries must be made according to set schedule and any delays reported to city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.
• Project professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Check fluid levels, i.e., oil, radiator, transmission, etc., and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager. Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business. Drive safely and defensively.

• Make outreach to Medicare members to assist in removing barriers to medication adherence.
• Partner with pharmacies and providers to close adherence gaps when the Medicare member is unengaged or when the Medicare member requires assistance.

• Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) with eligible Medicare members to give the member a better understanding of their medications and health.
