A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Adams, MA, supporting students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade at Crosby Elementary School. This contract role focuses on providing specialized speech and language services within a school setting to help young learners reach their communication potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades pre-K through 5.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students speech and language development.
- Deliver therapy services addressing articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working as an SLP within a school-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of educational speech and language therapy techniques.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Professional, compassionate approach to working with children.
