Primary Job Duties:
- Operate as a manufacturing leader demonstrating metric-based management in areas of PQDCCC for daily improvement– people/quality/delivery/cost/cash/CI
- Responsible for driving a culture of safety, accountability, metrics and operational excellence.
- Direct and coordinate daily welding activities on the shop floor and assign work based on welder skill level, certifications, and project requirements
- Train and mentor welders, robotic cell operators, and production staff.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems and reporting results on shift production summaries
- Work with engineering on weld procedures, process improvements, fixture design, and technical issues
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with specifications

- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting process variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions and facilitating communications across cross functional teams

- Lead or participate in lean manufacturing, 5S, and process optimization initiatives
Skills/ Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of operations leadership experience in welding/fabrication manufacturing environment
- Proficient MS Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point. etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient with Lean Management techniques (C.I., 5S, Kaizen, Process optimization)

The Care Promoter, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct. Completes internal certification to use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.
Processes patient phone messages, returns calls and routes them to other team members as appropriate. Contacts patients to obtain and relay pertinent information from the physician.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

PAY RANGE:
