Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for execution of turbine generator outage execution project teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. Implements standardization of outage processes and procedures across assigned Constellation CECs. Oversee performance tuning, scalability, and data governance standards across all BI solutions.

Champion best practices in dashboard design, storytelling, and data visualization to drive clarity and business impact.
Proactively identify opportunities for process automation, data quality improvements, and cost savings through advanced analytics.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI platform and data integration issues.
Minimum Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s Degree.
Work Experience At least 5 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, with progressive responsibility.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Tableau.
Develop and manage ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx and Fabric data pipelines to prepare, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define standardized KPIs.
Build and maintain scalable data models and semantic layers to support reporting needs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across BI solutions.
Apply and follow established BI governance, security, and best practices.
Provide user support and promote adoption of BI tools across the organization.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Advanced SQL development, optimization, and data modeling.
Experience with modern ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Alteryx, Fabric Pipelines).
Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and semantic modeling.
Demonstrated ability to define KPIs and translate business objectives into data solutions.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; able to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Job Requirements: Education Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering or other related field.
