The Training Specialist supports Institutional Support Services (ISS) by designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that enable colleagues to perform their roles efficiently, accurately, and in compliance. This position will deliver initial and ongoing training to ISS Colleagues. This role partners closely with ISS leaders and functional SMEs to support onboarding, role‑based training, process changes, and continuous skill development across ISS teams. Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, sell, and manage fire sprinkler projects of varying sizes, including service, tenant, and commercial.
  • Primary responsibilities will be to develop and expand our sales opportunities and revenue base within the parameters of our current business model focusing on the Fire Protection clients within the Chicago and Northern Indiana regions.
