As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's \"go-to\" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Not every Plant Manager role is the same. Some inherit a fully built operation and simply maintain it. This is not one of those jobs.

This is a rare opportunity to finish building and then scale a manufacturing operation from the inside.

Our client — an innovative U.S. manufacturer of high-performance, biomass-based fuels — has commissioned its first U.S. production facility and needs a hands-on Plant Manager to help take it from start-up mode to full commercial operations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong manufacturing operations leadership experience

• Is comfortable operating in start-up or scaling environments

• Leads from the floor with a hands-on leadership style

• Knows how to build systems, KPIs, and production discipline

• Can develop teams while driving safety, quality, and throughput

Experience in renewable energy, fuels, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing is a plus — but builders with strong plant leadership backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $125K–$140K base + performance bonus (after 12 months)

Responsibilities:

In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
