The Director of Operations is responsible for leading a highly efficient, profitable duct cleaning operation that consistently delivers premium service to our customers. This leader will oversee a Service Manager and a team of 48 technicians across two locations, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and a culture of accountability and growth.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
o Lead, coach, and hold accountable the Service Manager and 48 field technicians
o Own all hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination decisions
o Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
o Develop clear performance standards and measurable KPIs
Operational Excellence
o Optimize scheduling and routing to maximize technician productivity
o Standardize operating procedures across both locations
o Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company standards

Financial Oversight

Qualifications

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Certified Surgical Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making.
What you will do in this role:
- Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
- Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
- Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
- Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
- Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available
Qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (preferred)
- Surgical Tech Certification
- One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
- Valid BCLS Certification upon employment ***Online certification not acceptable

We are seeking a detailoriented Proposal Writer with demonstrated federal proposal and contracting experience. - Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to develop proposal plans, kickoff materials, and response strategies.
- Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and task assignments.
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal reviews to verify compliance with solicitation instructions, evaluation criteria, and formatting requirements.
- Interview with SMEs to gather technical, programmatic, and operational information.

Primary Duties:
* Prepares patient for radiograph. Lifts patient onto and off examination table. Properly positions patient for X-ray exam, adjusts immobilization devices and affixes appropriate radiation shielding.
* Assists in the administration of drugs and/or contrast agents. Calculates and selects proper technical factors and uses correct film/ screen combinations. Processes and develops film.
* Enters data into the Radiology Information System (MARS) for medical records, billing, statistics, and quality assurance purposes. Provides guidance to radiology students as needed.
* Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition. Ensures that the exam room contains the proper supplies for the diagnostic procedures. Performs various clerical tasks including answering phones, relaying messages, and scheduling exams. etc.
* Reports equipment malfunction to supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
* Associate degree in applied science preferred.
* Previous job experience.
* ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) certification

The Senior Supt.
provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader.
Senior Supt.s communicate project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.
Responsibilities Understanding and administering the HITT safety program to include all subcontractors, ensuring that all accidents/incidents are promptly reported and investigated, and assisting in safety inspections by outside agencies Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved Maintain daily log of all activities and site conditions, while managing the punch list and closeout process through owner/architect acceptance Work with the project manager in formulating project schedule, ensuring that the proper methods and sequence of installation are followed, making and following through with schedule commitments, and maintaining HITT quality standards Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project, developing relationships within the community which enhance business opportunities, and ensuring subcontractors are treated fairly Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders/tickets, understanding subcontractor scope of work to avoid unnecessary change orders, and identifying problems early and act immediately to provide solutions Develop and organize the site team, arranging for temporary facilities/utilities for the site, and identifying long lead items that need to be expedited Collaborate with the project manager and site operations team throughout the life of the project Qualifications A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred.

8-10 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor Tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, fast paced project experience all a plus Mastery of building processes and best practices Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results Project lead experience preferred Previous experience in a superintendent or project lead experience preferred Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex.
