Senior Technical Delivery Lead – DHS TSA (Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance)
InDev is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own and grow our DHS/TSA account in Springfield, VA. This role combines hands-on program delivery, customer leadership, and account growth, with direct responsibility for delivering complex digital and cloud-based solutions in a federal environment.
You will work closely with engineers, architects, and federal stakeholders to drive delivery across initiatives involving cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SaaS solutions (Salesforce, M365), and automation technologies (RPA/AI).
In this role, you will directly support high-quality technical delivery across multiple task orders, provide customer relationship management, and assist with capture and sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with DHS TSA, be known among industry partners, and have outstanding personnel management and communication skills.
CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret or DHS clearance required.
WHAT MAKES YOU TECHNICAL IN THIS ROLE
- You’ve led delivery of application/software development, SaaS/PaaS implementation (Salesforce), DevSecOps, and Intelligent Automation projects
- You can engage directly with developers, engineers and architects on system design
- You understand APIs, integrations, and system dependencies
- You’ve delivered programs involving multiple integrated applications within a federal environment
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Technical Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple DHS TSA task orders
- Lead cross-functional technical teams
- Drive execution in cloud, SaaS, and integrated system environments
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and technical challenges
- Lead Customer Relationships
- Serve as primary interface with DHS TSA stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships and identify new opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery excellence
- Develop close relationships with existing and prospective clients and serve as a subject matter expert and leader empowered to drive customer delivery
- Support Account Growth
- Contribute to capture and proposal efforts
- Help shape opportunities and win strategies
- Support development of account growth plans
- Contribute to win strategies, solutioning, and customer engagement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Top Secret or DHS clearance
- 8–15 years leading delivery of complex IT or digital programs
- Experience delivering cloud, SaaS, or system integration solutions
- Strong experience working with federal clients (DHS TSA preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Salesforce, M365, or automation (RPA/AI)
- Exposure to capture, proposals, or account growth
- Existing relationships within DHS TSA
