Job Description
With an endeavoring effort to expand market presence and grow as a global company, we are seeking a Planning and Business Development Manager to develop and monitor the long-term goals of the business and make sure it is in alignment with the company's objectives.
The primary role of the position is to provide \"Analytics-Ready\" datasets in the pre-modeling stages, to execute post-analytics steps such as model scoring, customer support, and back-end reporting. This position requires an individual with extensive hands-on knowledge of data manipulation techniques. The role will be involved in a variety of activities including a new business creation/proposal and strategic planning.
Responsible for utilizing company data and providing solutions that support the operations on a daily level as well as foreshadowing company needs a company-wide level.
Job DescriptionMonitors business climate and trends in technology and development based on the company's current and anticipated projects
Identifies and reviews pricing and customer needs; analyzes and applies this information in development of strategies for new profitable business plans, monitoring and evaluating on a periodic basis
Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization
Create and present reports to all executive leaders
Prepare and review financial forecasts and continuously checking the achievement of the goal
QualificationsBachelors degree in business analysis, business management or industry-related field required
3+ years of experience in the industry or acting as a consultant on major strategic planning projects required
Basic knowledge of management/financial accounting and financial management is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and clearly with project managers, business leaders and executives
Thorough understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
BILINGUAL IN KOREAN/ENGLISH REQUIRED

Pay: The pay range for this position is $65,000 ~ DOE A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.
