What You'll Be Doing:
- Owns new client acquisition for staffing services within a defined geographic territory
- Actively prospects through in-person drop-ins, cold calling, referrals, and market research
- Identifies and qualifies target accounts across light industrial, manufacturing, skilled, distribution, logistics, and professional environments
- Leads discovery conversations to understand prospect workforce challenges, hiring needs, and operational demands
- Consults with prospects on labor market conditions, workforce planning, and staffing strategies
- Delivers effective sales presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned to customer needs and service capabilities
- Partners with Operations to identify gaps and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Supports account growth through relationship management, needs assessment, and solution alignment

Qualifications:

Job Summary
Summary: Drives company-owned truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, collects money from machines, and makes change by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Services a particular route or location during the absence of the regular route or warehouse employee.
May assist Customer Service Managers with daily opening and closing of the operation, and training of new route service personnel.
Drives truck to deliver such items as soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items and sundries to customer's place of business.
Places stock on shelves or racks in vending machines. Collects stale, rejected or unsold merchandise. Collects money from machines and refills bill and coin changers.
Records transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device; accountable for cash and product.
Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; informs regular customers of new products and/or services; listens to and resolves service complaints.
Selects items from warehouse and loads truck; prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
Performs routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines.
Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.

Under the direction of the Vice President – System Patient Service Center, the Director of Access & Referrals and Nurse Contact Center provides leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for Scheduling & Referrals and the Nurse Contact Center. This position leads the integration and unification of the call centers across WI/MI/MN under ambulatory Leaderhship and supports Aspirus’ strategic plans including overall patient service center growth and development.
The Director is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through standardized workflows, efficient staffing, and achievement of enterprise KPIs for access, quality, and patient experience. The Director partners closely with the Shared Support teams (Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and Training & Development) to ensure data-driven performance management and continuous improvement.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or business administration required.
- Master's degree in health or business preferred.
- Ten years’ experience in health administration, including at least five years in direct ambulatory clinic administration/operations, is strongly preferred. Previous experience in health system scheduling practice.
- Strong operational leadership, team development, and project management skills.
