- Assists with bronchoscopies while monitor patients' response to procedure.
- Demonstrates ability and knowledge of pulmonary function values on the following age groups: -Children (2 weeks - 13 years) -Adolescents (13-18 years) -Adults (10-65 years) -Geriatrics (65+ years)
- Procures arterial blood gases.
- Performs EEG using the international 10-20 system or cap electrode set up on the following age groups: -Neonate (0-2 weeks) -Children (2 weeks - 13 years) -Adolescents (13-18 years) -Adults (10-65 years) -Geriatrics (65+ years)
- Recognizes wave changes during EEG.
- Performs intraoperative monitoring independently and recognizes wave changes during IOM.
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of blood gas values.
- Evaluates patients response to procedures and discusses patient response/intervention with physician.
- Checks and inspects equipment for proper function, operation, and cleanliness. Adjusts equipment as necessary or reports malfunctioning equipment to supervisor.
- Completes documentation for respiratory procedures.
- Maintains current knowledge of clinical practices. Insures that license or delegated authority is renewed in a timely manner.

This is a driver-unload account; all drivers are required to hand unload all the dry freight in the trailer via gravity rollers. There is an average of 2,000 miles, with 1-2 loads per week, and 2-3 stops per load. Home time is once a week for a 34-hour reset; the actual date of home time may vary based on freight requirements for that particular week. Freight is regional, including Eastern TX, NM, AZ, Southern NV, Southern UT, and Southern CO. Once a driver is assigned a truck, they will immediately start earning the full CPM and unload pay. Trucks can be taken home as long as it is in a secure location deemed by the account manager.

Commercial Lines Account Manager
Position Summary:
The primary function of this role is to provide professional service to new and existing clients in a timely and accurate manner, supporting account retention, facilitating policy servicing and documentation, and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Policy Servicing
- Communicates with customers on all facets of their account service needs including policies, endorsements, audits, proofs of coverage, and cancellations.
- Processes new and renewal summaries and proposals.
- Supports all efforts of account retention and growth of existing book of business.
- Assists with account rounding and offers new coverage.
- Handles claims in the absence of the agency claims coordinator or in response to a catastrophic event.
Policy Administration and Accuracy
- Renews and markets policies to carriers.
- Verifies that all policies are bound with insurance companies in writing prior to or on the effective date of the policy.
- Invoices all renewal policies and collects down payments or premium payments, including creating premium finance agreements when applicable.
- Checks new business and renewal policies against applications and binders.
- Ensures endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims, finance agreements, certificates, and other customer requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keeps client and policy information in the agency management system updated according to procedures.
- Contacts insureds as needed for collecting outstanding balances according to procedures.

Qualifications:
- Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License required
- Previous experience in a Commercial Lines Account Management role that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Experience using Vertafore products, including AMS360 and ImageRight; will consider other agency management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of E&S markets (Excess & Surplus lines) preferred
