ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide receptionist services such as greeting patients, answering phones and directing calls, forwarding calls, leaving voicemails, emailing, and generating tasks in EMR.
- Plan, organize, direct and schedule patient's internal appointments based upon orders.
- Coordinate and track external referrals.

We’re looking for a proven, hands-on Director of Warehouse & Logistics to lead our distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee wholesale (major stores + specialty) and DTC fulfillment operations
- Implement KPIs to improve order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and inventory accuracy

- Optimize layout, labor planning, and workflow efficiency

Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Manage inbound freight from domestic vendors and international factories.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage carrier relationships.
- Reduce chargebacks and improve routing guide compliance.
- Monitor freight spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead operational initiatives that strengthen efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Establish accountability through clear KPIs and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in apparel production, operations, or supply chain management (including at least 2 in a leadership capacity).

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

The Retirement Plan Advisor assists individuals in achieving a successful retirement and planning their financial future through group and individual presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes. This role uses data-driven, analytical thinking to lead impactful conversations with participants, meets client service level agreements and achieves annual targets as assigned. This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned.
This Advisor will work with plan participants on the West Coast and bilingual Spanish skills are required.

What you will do
Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews, as well as other individual meetings and group presentations, with targeted participants using consultative expertise to improve retirement outcomes
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within assigned territory or for assigned employer-sponsored plans
Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a professional manner
Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking
Create and execute dynamic business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives for participants
Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to adhere to guidelines for regulatory compliance

Base Salary Range
$79,400.00 - $112,175.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. THE PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
- Engage with key stakeholders to perform requirements gathering, convert critical business requirements into actionable items, and document the details within Confluence and JIRA
- Communicate effectively with the project and development teams to outline stakeholder expectations in a clear and timely manner
- Own business requirements and design sign-off processes, partnering with stakeholders to ensure details captured align with expectations prior to sign-off

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
