The Opportunity
As a dedicated Sr. Injury Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, responsible to adjust attorney involved moderately complex bodily injury claims to include confirming coverage, determining liability, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, defending, and settling claims in compliance with state laws and regulations. Accountable for delivering a concierge level of best in class member service through setting appropriate expectations, proactive communications, advice, and compassion.
This hybrid role requires an individual to be in the office 3 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Chesapeake, VA; Tampa, FL; Colorado Springs, CO and Phoenix, AZ. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
Adjusts attorney-involved moderately complex bodily injury claims with demonstrable injuries (e.g. torn meniscus, broken bones, disc herniations), as well as all auto physical damage associated with those claims.
Identifies, confirms, and makes coverage decisions on moderately complex bodily injury claims.
Investigates loss details, determines legal liability, evaluates, negotiates, and arrives at claim settlement within appropriate authority guidelines.
Clearly documents thought process, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
Prioritizes and manages assigned claims workload to keep members and other involved parties informed, provides timely claims status updates.
Collaborates and supports team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate matters for escalation.
Partners and/or directs vendors and internal business partners to facilitate timely claims resolution.
Supports workload surges and/or Catastrophe Operations as needed.
May act as an informal resource for team members with less experience.
What you have:
High School or General Equivalency Diploma.
1 year of injury adjusting experience.
2 years of auto liability claims adjusting experience.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract as well as application of case law and state laws and regulations.
Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated time-management and decision-making skills.
Proven investigatory, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology associated with bodily injury claims.
Ability to exercise sound financial judgment and discretion in handling insurance claims.
Proficient knowledge of coverage evaluation, loss assessment, and loss reserving.
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is: $63,590 - $121,530.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises and coordinates the operation and performance of the diagnostic area of Radiology in coordination with the professional staff, Chief Radiologist, Chief Technologist, Assistant Director and/or Director of Radiology. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Certification by the Texas Department of Health (MRT) is mandatory. Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) from the American Heart Association is mandatory. Three years supervisory experience in a radiology department is required. Summary:
The Clinical Educator II plays a vital role in advancing clinical excellence through the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and competency development. This role leads and supports onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development for clinical staff across diverse specialties. The educator applies adult learning principles, evidence-based practices, and innovative modalities - including simulation, eLearning, and microlearning - to foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical proficiency. The Radiology Tech exercises professional judgment in providing health care services, applying x-ray energy, to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly.
The Radiology tech is multi-skilled in the use of O.R.
procedures and equipment.
General Functions: Produces high quality diagnostic radiographs, by selecting and operating appropriate radiographic equipment, operating room protocols, c-arm use and advanced diagnostic procedures Practices aseptic techniques as necessary, understands methods of venipuncture and other sterile techniques, in agreement with state statues and./or where institutional policy permits, prepares, identifies and/or administers contrast media as prescribed by a licensed practitioner Rotates through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to include procedures in O.R Urography room, open reductions, myelography, arthrography, placements and trauma Evaluates images for technical quality, assuring proper identification and procedure is recorded Assists practitioner with fluoroscopy, arthrography, O.R.

The engineering manager is responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers who work on improving the production process of automotive components. They oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions that enhance the quality, efficiency, and safety within the manufacturing operations. The role has budgetary responsibility for the department. Implement and manage kaizen initiatives by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the creation and implementation of engineering best practices to include planning, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the engineering team and provide feedback and guidance to drive functional excellence
- Develop and maintain project plans and budget profiles to ensure delivery of milestones to agreed cost targets and timelines.
- Identify and justify capital equipment investment
- Provide technical inputs to bids for new business and facilitate successful outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy of production engineering data and analysis documentation.
- Stay current and up to date on any technology changes that may affect manufacturing design and development and advise others of any impact.
- Ensure that the engineering processes and procedures stay in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
- Responsible to solve factory issues, coordinates operations, negotiates with and requests cooperation from other departments and external parties.
