Job Summary
The Senior Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing, reviewing, and managing contractual documentation for commercial construction and modular building projects. This role prepares, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes sales, purchase, leasing, and government contracts in support of business objectives. The Senior Contract Administrator ensures compliance with legal and corporate standards, collaborates with internal teams and external clients, and maintains organized, accessible contract records. Key Responsibilities
Contract Preparation and Processing
- Prepare and finalize sales, purchase, construction, and leasing agreements for commercial construction projects
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies
- Review contract terms and conditions, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues prior to execution
Contract Negotiation and Resolution
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions, conflicts, or contract-related issues
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align contract terms, schedules of values, and financial structures with business objectives
Compliance and Documentation Management
- Maintain an organized and compliant contract filing system in accordance with federal, state, and internal requirements
- Track contract milestones, deadlines, amendments, and renewals to ensure timely action and compliance
Legal Review and Editing
- Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards and client requirements
- Utilize approved legal technology or AI tools to support contract analysis, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
- Edit and prepare contracts for client review using clear, accurate legal terminology
Collaboration and Customer Service
- Partner closely with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure contract requirements are clearly understood and executed
- Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
Reporting and Process Improvement
- Compile and analyze data related to contract status and departmental performance
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, compliance, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration or paralegal support within commercial construction or related industries
- Experience negotiating and managing government and commercial contracts, preferably within construction or modular environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, data entry systems, and document management platforms
- Strong editing, analytical, and document comparison skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pediatric Nurse is expected to display a knowledge of and interest in child and family health care, which includes prevention concepts, early intervention, and health maintenance practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Observe the health status of center children, in conjunction with center education staff, provide health services at the center, and follow up health problems under supervision of the Health Coordinator.
Work with all EHS/ Head Start Preschool center associates toward the goal of optimum health for the children.
Link families into an on-going health care source and encourage them to assume responsibility for their own care.
Monitor immunization certificates and physicals for expiration dates.
Assist with preparation of children for screening through planned activities.
Perform vision, hearing, BP, HCT, height and weight screenings as needed throughout the year.
Conduct/assist with health training for parents/staff.
Provide technical assistance to preschool staff concerning child health issues.
Monitor GoEngage reports for complete/accurate information.
Check medication before children start the program.
Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
Promote and help maintain a healthy and safe environment in the center by checking the medication log, medications, first aid and other health and safety issues monthly.
Perform home visits as needed.
Perform other duties as they relate to the team-approach of the Head Start philosophy.
Maintain confidentiality of family and child records and all matters relating to families.
Provide resources on child development, health education and family support on home visits to families of infants and toddlers and pregnant women.
Design and implement a formal system of follow up with families on referrals to community agencies, to assure the satisfactory provision of services.
Maintain appropriate treatment records and documentation as required.
Work collaboratively with Head Start/Early Head Start Coordinators, physicians, and outside agencies regarding developmental and health related issues, as well as resources for families on caseload.
Model positive interactions with infants, toddlers to promote parent-child bonding and nurturing parent-child relationships.
Observes infants, toddlers and preschoolers to detect signs of illness, injury, abuse, neglect, emotional disturbance, or other special needs, and reports these signs immediately to the Associate Executive Director for Children and Family
Work with EHS and Head Start Coordinators to provide developmentally appropriate Early Intervention services.
Attend case management meetings, parent conferences, case reviews, IEP/IFSP meetings, staff meetings, parent meetings, in-service and pre-service meetings, and other meetings as directed.
Takes advantage of training opportunities to continue professional growth.
Models professional behavior and adherence to Y in Central Maryland Baltimore policies and procedures through behavior, appearance, and attitude.
Train associates on medication administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Maryland driver’s license. Daily driving may be required

Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher education degree.
Experience

Certifications

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all activities of the Department of Nuclear Medicine in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Hospital. Provides excellent customer support by demonstrating the Northwest values of Innovation, Compassion, Accountability and Teamwork. Peforms Nuclear Medicine (NM) procedures using prescribed technique; maintains proficiency on all related equipment. Communicates with various people within the Department and patients, as well as other customers throughout the organization. Performs a variety of support duties to assure smooth operations of the department. Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers. Follows universal protocol for patient identification and infectious diseases.
- Demonstrates the appropriate level of knowledge in all areas of Nuclear Medicine to include injection of radiopharmaceuticals and other pharmacologic agents related to a procedure.
- Uses knowledge of patient positioning and other pharmacolic agents related to a procedure.
- Evaluates examination to assure technical quality.
- Performs daily check of NM equipment to assure preparedness.
- Utilizes HIS/RIS to assure proper ordering and completion of NM procedures.
- Explains and answers questions concerning NM procedures.
- Recognizes priorities and deals with them appropriately.
- Process images according to established protocols.

The position may involve on-site property inspections and negotiation with owners for the acquisition and/or management of property to support transit and transportation infrastructure projects.
A thorough knowledge of local, State, and Federal requirements related to ROW acquisitions, relocations, reimbursement processes depending on funding type, and understanding of transportation design and construction are essential for job execution.
Responsibilities: The Right of Way Agent will work independently as a team leader or project manager.
This employee will demonstrate and provide experience in specialized real estate disciplines (i.e.
property acquisition negotiations, contract negotiations, relocation assistance, or a real estate related function) for transit, utility and/or transportation projects.
This position is not supervisory but may assign and review the work of other real estate professionals while serving as team leader/project manager.
Requirements: Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Additional experience in professional or technical real estate work or U.S.
Armed service experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education) Must have a minimum of 5 years or experience acquiring property under the laws of the U.S.
Department of Transportation Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (URA).
