We are hiring a Facilities Technician to help build out a world-class R&D and pilot-production facility at Integrated Facilities Management Group. You will join a team charged with maintaining equipment and ensuring facility equipment uptime to help scale its operations to commercialize the company’s groundbreaking energy storage technology.
Responsibilities:
- Executes daily, monthly, and quarterly facilities & equipment inspections/maintenances.
- Acts as a contact while on shift for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, and repairs).
- Supervises contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- May act as project coordinator for all size projects, including large-scale repair and new facility projects.
- Solicits bids and quotes from vendors.
- Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
- Makes minor plumbing repairs, as necessary.
- Coordinates and assists with departmental and employee moves.
- Performs basic electrical work and determines when an electrician is required.
- Performs maintenance duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
- Carries out work orders in a timely manner per our computer maintenance management system.
- Monitors the building automation system to ensure all facilities equipment is running without issues.
- Works directly with the EH&S team to ensure a safe workplace, manage fire life safety systems, and hazardous waste programs.
- Works with the equipment maintenance team on projects regarding Facility and Manufacturing/R&D.
- Supports and develops processes regarding preventative maintenance, team process development, standard operating procedures, and LOTO documentation creation.
- Performs any other tasks as directed by the Facilities Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have knowledge in HVAC, commercial electricity, commercial plumbing, fire life safety, hazardous waste, EH&S, and project management.
- Proven experience in a lab R&D/Manufacturing environment as a Facilities Technician/Maintenance Technician or a technical degree from a 2-4 year program.

- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office, CMMS, BMS, BAS, ALC, Microsoft Word & Outlook, Excel. AutoCAD preferred but not required.

The Role
TRADEMARK is seeking a Creative Director to lead the development of bold experiential concepts that help define and win new business opportunities.
You will partner closely with the VP of Growth and executive leadership during the earliest stages of opportunity development, shaping creative vision and translating strategy, narrative, and spatial thinking into compelling experiential brand systems.
This is a strategic and highly visible leadership role. You will join leadership in pitching new business, presenting creative direction to clients, and guiding multidisciplinary teams toward cohesive experiential solutions.
Beyond the pitch phase, you will remain engaged as projects move into production, partnering with designers and producers to ensure the original creative vision carries through to execution.
You will also contribute to the evolution of TRADEMARK’s brand and creative point of view across agency marketing and storytelling.
This role begins as a contract engagement with the intention of evolving into a full-time Creative Director position as the partnership and business needs grow.
What You’ll Do
Creative Leadership & Vision
- Define and lead the creative vision for experiential concepts that translate client objectives into immersive brand experiences
- Develop clear visual narratives and storytelling frameworks that elevate proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
- Guide creative direction across spatial design, environmental graphics, brand systems, and audience journeys

Cross-Functional Creative Direction
- Lead collaboration across graphic designers, 3D designers, producers, and fabrication partners to ensure cohesive creative execution

Brand Stewardship & Creative Systems

- Stay ahead of experiential design trends, fabrication innovations, and emerging creative technologies that enhance audience engagement

Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in experiential design, brand design, or creative leadership within an agency, event production, or experiential marketing environment
- A proven creative leader who has shaped and delivered large-scale experiential programs, conferences, or brand activations

Compensation
This role is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity, beginning as a project-based contract engagement paid through payroll.
The anticipated salary range for the full-time role is $175,000–$325,000 annually, depending on experience, portfolio, and scope of work.
Hourly compensation during the contract phase will be set based on experience and aligned with the full-time salary range.

A highly respected international law firm with a strong reputation in technology, life sciences, and complex litigation is seeking a Senior Litigation and E-Discovery Services Analyst to join its Litigation Technology team.
This role supports attorneys and litigation teams across the firm by managing litigation technology platforms, administering review databases, and coordinating electronic discovery workflows from case inception through trial. The position sits within a centralized litigation support and e-discovery services group responsible for delivering scalable technology solutions to support high-stakes litigation matters. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in designing and managing litigation databases, supporting document review and production workflows, advising attorneys on litigation technology tools, and partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient management of case data.
- Key responsibilities include supporting attorneys and litigation teams through all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, review, production, and trial preparation. The role designs and maintains litigation databases used for document review and analysis while coordinating requests for new or modified databases across multiple litigation applications including Relativity/RelOne, CSDisco, Concordance, and LAW Pre-Discovery.
- The position also provides technical guidance on litigation technology and electronic discovery workflows, works closely with legal teams to develop search strategies and execute keyword searches, and helps establish document review protocols including testing, sampling, and production preparation.
- Additional responsibilities include conducting quality control on document productions to ensure accuracy of privilege designations, confidentiality markings, and redactions. About the role:
This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Software Account Executive conducts greater than 50% of their work outside their home office.
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.

Basic Qualifications

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead design reviews (DFM) for R&D prototype fixture design and manufacturing equipment and custom tooling to ensure readiness for new product launches.

Initially an individual contributor within the QC Bioassay and Microbial Support function, this role will evolve into a leadership position overseeing QC microbiology testing and contamination control programs. Environmental & Utility Monitoring Program Development
- Design, implement, and validate environmental and utility monitoring programs aligned with global regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, USP, EP, JP).

The Regional Account Director (RAD) role is primarily a client-facing field position. RESPONSIBILITIES
RADs are responsible for the initial launch of Team Velocity products, services, and overall strategy with new clients, as well as the management and retention of existing clients. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. Responsibilities
In your role as Sr. Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer, you will assist in the design and installation of modified flight control systems, throughout the development of a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities.
