About this Role
The Scheduler is responsible for assisting Business Developers and Project Managers with all facets of scheduling for proposing and executing EPC, Design-Build, or CMAR project delivery focused on power delivery and water infrastructure. Work assignments may include multiple concurrent projects and pursuits.
What You'll Do
- Develops Linear Schedule Method (LSM) and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and updates to include development, master project schedule integration, and cost-loaded resource assignments
- Works collaboratively with pursuit and project leaders, engineers, estimators, procurement specialists, suppliers, and trade contractors to develop, baseline, and update project schedules using multiple formats and software
- Creates and maintains alignment of the work breakdown structure with the financial breakdown structure of pursuits and projects
- Develops cost and resource loaded schedules, generates cash flow curves, and incorporates earned value metrics and Key Performance Indicators
- Supports and challenges the project teams to develop accurate productivity durations and optimizes the sequence of work
- Incorporates change management and activity progression updates
- Assists with Risk Management identification, qualification, and mitigation planning
- Identifies, documents, and performs schedule analysis and time impact analysis
- Maintains sufficient and accurate documentation and storage
- Possesses exemplary personal workflow processes and time management skills
- Drives short-interval scheduling practices among project leadership staff
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested

How You'll Contribute:
This remote based Associate Legal Counsel position provides accurate and timely counsel to our sales and operations organizations to address and resolve legal issues, supporting commercial transactions and customer management. The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with complex matters while operating in a fast-paced environment, providing effective and practical counsel on a variety of commercial transactional legal matters.
What You'll Do:
- The job responsibilities of the Associate Legal Counsel include:
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including domestic and international product and services agreements, vendor/dealer agreements, and strategic relationship agreements.
- Provide legal advice on intellectual property issues, data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams providing contract interpretation and support understanding and addressing legal and business concerns associated with commercial transactions.
- Execute and maintain the company's business and contractor licenses, ensuring compliance and tracking renewals when and if needed as a backup on this task.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of operational internal governance policies and authorities.
- Provide legal support to purchasing, sales, finance, and various internal departments with a variety of legal matters ranging from subcontractor disputes, vendor related issues, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support collection efforts.
- Perform other legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel and leadership.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more states.
- 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment handling corporate law matters, with a focus on commercial transactions.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, data protection and privacy laws.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
- A high level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently with a commitment to client services and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with common business software tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing all aspects of commercial transactions. International and/or governmental contract experience helpful.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.

Reporting to a Category Director, and being onsite (4 days in office) in our East Hanover New Jersey Creative Center, you will initiate market research projects and build consumer understanding. As a Consumer Insights Manager in our Personal Care Products division, you will partner with our our teams to support fragrance development and deliver upon sales goals. You will be a category expert sharing your knowledge with our internal and external clients.
- Lead Research - Lead market research for regional or cross regional projects by applying the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet the project end goals. Support sales and development teams as the market research expert in direct contact with clients; discuss and review strategies, methodologies, and results.
- Business Partner - Work with internal colleagues on Personal Care projects. Throughout the fragrance development cycle, provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development. Additionally, help build rationale to support our submissions. Work with category teams to identify gaps in knowledge and to develop and test hypotheses relating to insights into consumer behavior.
- Project Management - Full management of Personal Care Customer Insights projects. This includes study design, cost management, and negotiations with agencies. Additionally, it involves quality checks, hands-on data analysis, including statistical testing, insight development, and results presentations. Participation in the digital agenda.

Position Summary
QCC LLC is seeking a Manager of Edibles Manufacturing to lead and scale the company’s edible production division at our Plainfield, New Jersey manufacturing facility. This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing edible manufacturing program within a regulated cannabis environment.
The Manager will own the full lifecycle of edible production including product development, forecasting, production planning, scheduling, staffing, and operational execution. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving efficiency, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and delivering consistent, high-quality infused products to market.
The position works closely with executive leadership, extraction, cultivation, sales, distribution, and compliance teams to ensure edible production aligns with company growth targets and market demand.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the edible manufacturing kitchen including infusion, cooking, depositing, packaging, labeling, and batch documentation.
- Ensure consistent production of cannabis-infused products such as gummies and other edible formats. Create and maintain strict adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, and New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission regulations.
- Monitor production throughput, labor efficiency, batch yields, and operational performance.
Production Planning and Forecasting
- Own the forecasting and planning of edible production across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
- Build production schedules that align with retail demand, sales projections, and distribution timelines.

Team Leadership and Hiring
- Recruit, train, and manage edible production staff including kitchen technicians, production leads, and packaging personnel.
- Establish clear performance standards, production targets, and accountability across the team. Develop training programs covering SOPs, compliance procedures, and food safety protocols.
Compliance and Quality Control
- Maintain full compliance with New Jersey CRC regulations and METRC seed-to-sale tracking requirements. Ensure all batches are accurately documented and prepared for regulatory inspection and testing.
- Implement strict quality assurance procedures to guarantee dosing consistency, product integrity, and packaging compliance.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to align production with demand. Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to secure ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing inputs.
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to execute product launches and maintain consistent SKU availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in food manufacturing, commercial kitchen operations, or cannabis edible production.
- Proven ability to lead production teams and scale manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of food safety standards including GMP, sanitation protocols, and NJ CRC regulatory principles.
- Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis track and trace METRC compliance strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in production forecasting, scheduling, and inventory management.

Compensation
- $70K - $90K
Responsible for providing psychosocial assessment, support to cancer patients and care givers along the cancer care continuum.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide psychosocial and support services to cancer patients and their care givers.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of patient, caregiver, and/or family biopsychosocial spiritual needs and ongoing assessment of coping.
Assess and foster patient, caregiver, and/or family coping, resiliency, and adaptability skills.
Assess patient, caregiver, and/or family members understanding of treatment options, diagnosis, side effects, outcomes etc.
Promote and facilitate communication between patients, caregiver(s), and/or family – including talking to their children about cancer.
Utilize patient self-assessed distress screening tool to identify barriers of care, emotional concerns, and levels of distress. Review and follow-up with patients/families.
Assess patient risk for abuse/neglect and refer for appropriate services.
Assess, refer, and/or provide treatment for depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
Collaborate with oncology team; assess and refer for substance use disorder.
Demonstrates knowledge of oncology specific and community resources. Make referrals as appropriate (transportation, financial assistance, housing, etc.).
Provide psychotherapeutic counseling for individuals, couples, families, and caregiver(s) to resolve relationship issues, coping difficulties, and other psychosocial stressors.
Facilitate goals of care/advanced care planning and end of life conversations.
Facilitate support groups including psychoeducation, experiential, and psychotherapeutic groups.
Required:
1. MSW from an accredited school of social work.
2. NJ LSW or LCSW required.
3. Previous medical hospital social work and oncology experience strongly preferred.
4. Certification as Oncology Social Worker strongly desired
5. Bilingual is highly desirable.
Preferred:
1. Maintains current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology.
2. Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution and analytical skills are essential, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

Position Overview
The Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of wood-framed multifamily residential developments. Acting as the owner’s on-site and strategic representative, this individual will manage all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in wood-framed construction, strong financial and scheduling capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner’s representative throughout all phases of construction, from pre-construction through project closeout
- Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals
- Manage project budgets, track costs, review change orders, and maintain financial controls
- Develop, monitor, and enforce project schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Lead regular site meetings and provide detailed progress reporting to internal stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards, building codes, and safety requirements
- Review construction documents, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions
- Coordinate with internal development, design, and asset management teams
- Support procurement, contract negotiation, and value engineering efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience managing multifamily residential construction projects
- Extensive experience with wood-framed (Type V) apartment construction is required
- Proven ability to manage projects from ground-up through completion
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Demonstrated expertise in construction scheduling and sequencing
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality control processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
