The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services which includes; providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Also, the Physical Therapist / PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. As well, the Physical Therapist / PT must set realistic and achievable goals for their patients, document and record the patient's condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
- Shift: Monday - Friday 3 shifts 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM, Fridays are an early day.
Requirements include:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
- Current CPR certification.
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage and coordinate the development, design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously for various projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (ARM territory) with a primary focus in Maryland.

· Maintain complex schedules, develop project timelines, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage people and materials, acting as the direct point of contact for all stakeholders, in order to complete jobs on schedule and within budget guidelines.
· Monitor project work progress, adhering to the scope of work, and communicating with key stakeholders.
· Assess and mitigate project risks; Pro-actively recognize problems and develop effective solutions.
· Perform quality assurance and quality control evaluations and/or check technical calculations and prepare project specifications.
· Prepare detailed models and technical documents to present project design/feasibility findings to stakeholders.

Requirements
· Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (Civil or Environmental) from an accredited four-year college or university.
· 5+ years of experience designing and permitting projects involving land development or land use permitting.
· Experience with stormwater management plans, erosion & sediment control planning and permitting (NPDES).
· Knowledge of State environmental regulations and experience navigating local permitting authorities for zoning, subdivision, and stormwater ordinances.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects.

- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Beginning October 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meets internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Maryland‐barred Family Law Associate who is eager, committed, and looking to grow within the firm for 3–5+ years. What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 active family law matters
