What you will do:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day operations pertaining to testing, processing, quality control, and quality assurance in the lab.
  • Adhere to State, NRC and OSHA standards.
  • Maintain standards for ICANL accreditation and the Health Care Facility License.
  • Greet and screen patients, determine appropriateness of exam and obtain proper consent.
  • Prepare patients, including IV insertion and EKG lead placement.
  • Inject radioisotopes according to exam warranted.
  • Perform nuclear medicine scans including acquisition, processing, display and archiving.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annual QC on all imaging equipment.
  • Perform daily, weekly, quarterly and annual QC on all hot lab equipment under the direction of the RSO and Health Physicist. 
  • Perform daily functions on the Syntrac computer and maintain dosing records and QC records.
  • Prepare schedule, dose order and charts for the next day.
  • Order and maintain stock of supplies.
  • Maintain CE’s and BLS according to license and accreditation standards.
  • Retrieve old studies from archive media for comparison to current studies.
  • Participate in at least one area of Quality Improvement program and attend regular meetings.
  • Adhere to State/NRC guidelines for radiation safety and attend annual review.
  • Uses Universal Precautions with all encounters. Knows and follows procedure for handling occurrences involving exposure to blood or other body fluid.
  • Documents all exposure incidents per St Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates policy.
  • Perform mandatory in-service training including but not limited to OSHA and harassment. Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations. 
  • Work cooperatively with all team members to ensure quality patient care at all times.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with providers, clinical staff, colleagues, managers and others.

What you will need:

  • Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, or
  • Board Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology, or
  • Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology Technology
  • BCLS certification
  • One year experience in Nuclear Cardiology

Pay Range: $38.31 - $56.40

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Paralegal & Firm Administration Support Specialist to join our team in a dual-capacity role. The paralegal component is the primary focus of this position, with support directed primarily to our Corporate, Not-for-Profit, and Litigation practice groups and, as needed, to other firm practice areas. The role also includes limited firm administration responsibilities supporting Meliora’s leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Paralegal Responsibilities (primary focus):

•       Draft, edit, proofread, and process legal documents, letters, and client communications — primarily across corporate, not-for-profit, and litigation matters, with support to other practice groups as needed

•       Prepare closing checklists and ancillary documents for corporate transactions

•       Assist with closings, client meetings, and business development pitches

•       Monitor project tasks, assignments, and deadlines; implement reminder and calendaring systems

•       Assist with court filings and litigation support as needed

•       Assist attorneys with client scheduling and calendar management

•       Participate in practice group meetings as requested

Firm Administration Responsibilities:

•       Manage the billing process, including preparation and distribution of monthly reports, finalizing and submitting client invoices

•       Support the firm’s Marketing Officer with business development, marketing, and professional development initiatives, including tracking attorney CLE compliance and coordinating client events and firm initiatives

•       Assist with overflow work and ad hoc projects as needed

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Job Description

As a dispenser technician you will provide field service to the concrete admixture sales team in the installation and support of dispensing equipment at customer locations; troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary. The employee in this position works remotely within established policies and procedures. Sika Corporation will supply a vehicle, cell phone, tools, and necessary equipment to meet the jobs needs. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer locations to maintain and install dispensing equipment; including electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing components.
  • Assemble, install, troubleshoot, service, maintain and repair dispensing equipment as needed. Assist the customer in the use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and parts; insure availability of all materials needed to install and maintain dispensing equipment.
  • Work closely with sales team and customers to insure excellent customer satisfaction with product and service and to resolve issues.
  • Act as liaison between sales personnel and customers in responding to issues and/or problems.
  • Develop and prepare reports to support dispenser and technical service operations; develop and prepare weekly reports for management review of customer contact and service activity.

Qualifications

  • Maintenance or other experience demonstrating mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability.
  • Associate's Degree in mechanical or electrical technology a plus, but not required.
  • Must have some working knowledge of basic electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical concepts.
  • Must have the physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50lbs frequently, and bend and stretch to perform tasks.
  • The ability to work flexible hours to support business and customer demands is required.
  • Must be able to maintain and perform repairs on equipment.
