It provides patients a full complement of diagnostic and treatment services as well as heart and vascular care. Memorial, offering medical and surgical services plus critical care, is an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI by the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care and is designated as an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital by the Illinois Department of Public Health. In addition, Memorial Belleville recently was accredited by the American College of Radiology as a designated Lung Cancer Screening Center. Since 2008, it has been designated as a Magnet®-recognized organization for nursing excellence by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Memorial Hospital Shiloh , a 94-bed, all-private suite hospital was recognized with Magnet status in 2018 and provides emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services plus critical care.
The Cardiovascular Unit of Memorial Hospital is a diagnostic and therapeutic services department. Services delivered are based upon direct physician orders and are available in both the in- and out-patient setting.

The Cardiac Sonographer performs a variety of cardiac testing, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo and cardiac doppler.

- Updates daily charges in the computer, utilizes cardiac lab menus in the computer.

is BJC HealthCare’s newest hospital in St. Charles County, featuring modern private rooms. It offers 24-hour emergency services and has partnered with St. Louis Children’s Hospital to provide world-class pediatric emergency care.
Progress West Hospital also provides surgical services, endoscopy services, a cardiac catheterization lab, medical/surgical inpatient services, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and the Advanced Wound Center, a specialty wound treatment facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Progress West Hospital recently completed an expansion of its Childbirth Center to include enhanced services for at-risk mothers and babies, with a newborn ICU that provides care for babies born as early as 32 weeks.
Progress West Hospital is a Certified Level II Stroke Center. The hospital’s medical office building houses offices for specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and orthopedics.
The Cardiac Cath Lab opened in the Summer of 2011 focusing on diagnostic testing. Interventional services will added late Summer, early Fall of 2011. This department, along with all departments within the hospital, supports the guiding principles of the hospital in providing care that is customized and reflects the patient's needs, values, and choices.

Role Purpose
The Advanced Modality Special Procedures Technologist - CCL/IR/Neuro performs a variety of complex, specialized tasks in all cardiac, vascular, neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate subject matter expertise for the operation, maintenance, quality assurance and troubleshooting of all radiographic equipment used in the cardiac, vascular, neuroradiology and interventional procedures.
Scrubs and surgically assists physician during, cardiac, vascular, neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures to include: maintaining sterile field, handling of instruments and supplies, participates in placement/implantation of catheters, guide wires and medical devices (ie stents, intra-aortic balloon pump, pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.) operating and monitoring equipment and bi-plane table, and alerts physician to changes in patient condition.
Performs specialized radiographic imaging examinations to make special study radiographs of designated body portions in accordance with radiation safety procedures.
Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately to ensure most optimal patient outcome.
BJC has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.

Progress West Hospital also provides surgical services, endoscopy services, a cardiac catheterization lab, medical/surgical inpatient services, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and the Advanced Wound Center, a specialty wound treatment facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Progress West Hospital recently completed an expansion of its Childbirth Center to include enhanced services for at-risk mothers and babies, with a newborn ICU that provides care for babies born as early as 32 weeks.

The Therapy Departments provide inpatient services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging
Responsibilities

Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures.
Performs studies independently, may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by work area.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The primary responsibility for this position is to support project planning, construction, and close-out activities as required by project or contract specifications. This position may also assist with the development of project plans and schedules to execute scope safety, efficiently, and cost effectively. May also help monitor project performance (cost, schedule, scope changes, safety, and quality).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Set-up project folders/work packets.
- Maintain project files throughout the course of the project (from planning through close-out).
- Entry of estimates and production review in multiple software systems.
- Printing job logs and timesheets as necessary.
- New job activation including requisition and release process in INTREN job software.
- May coordinate with A/R to ensure proper billing & payment.
- Prepare and generate routine reports and correspondence; some involvement in preparing more complex reports.
- Review field reports; provide summary reports to Assistant, Project or Senior Project Manager as required.
- Assist with preparation of proposals.
- Call and / or enter locates.
- Create and maintain project submittal log.
- Follow-up with vendors to obtain submittals and current equipment delivery information.
- Data entry of project information into multiple systems as required.
- Submit / Track / Follow-up on permit status as required.
- Track / Scan / Submit As-Builts to customer.
- Attend customer scheduling / job coordination conference calls as required.
- Assist the PM in monitoring the work on a regular basis to assure good quality control – conformance with contract documents (plans and specs).
- Review and track vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with the contract terms and provide recommendation to PM.
- Job Close-out as required.
- May assist with researching new business leads.
- Other duties as assigned.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer literacy. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
- High School diploma, Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of advanced functions of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Power Point, and Internet Explorer.
- Must have excellent communication skills and writing skills.
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate information that is technical in nature.
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills with great ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
