The Quality Outcomes Coordinator (QOC) works at the unit-level, in collaboration with bedside staff and unit leaders to deliver effective, efficient, high-quality care. Rooming patients: Collecting pertinent information regarding the patient's chief complaint, family history, social history, surgical history, and medication reconciliation upon arrival for a patient visit.
