Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and expand required accreditations, certifications, and customer approvals to support business growth and competitive positioning in the aerospace sector.

- Drive quality performance metrics, including improved First Time Right (FTR), reduced cost of poor quality, and implementation of KPIs aligned with business goals; apply risk-based thinking and structured improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA).
- Build and mentor quality teams to enhance awareness, accountability, technical skills, and compliance; ensure effective training, personnel certification (including relevant DT standards where applicable), and robust use of quality tools and systems.
- Collaborate with operations leadership and broader quality teams to align site performance with customer expectations, corporate standards, and industry objectives.
Required Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in special processes, DT, materials testing, or a closely related regulated aerospace environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in AS9100 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 environments; strong preference for Nadcap (AC7004 or relevant disciplines) knowledge and involvement.
- Demonstrated auditing expertise (internal, customer, regulatory).
- Strong background in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies (e.g., 8D).
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems, procedures, and process controls.
- Solid project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for data analysis/reporting, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective collaborator with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving regulatory/quality demands.

About the Role

- Provide individual patient instruction in accordance to prescribed treatment plan and medical protocols.

- Work closely with Registered Dieticians/Health Educators in order to provide appropriate education to patients.
- Participate in monthly Provider Meetings as required.
- Serve as a preceptor instructor to Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or medical students as assigned.
- Attend conferences and seminars when requested and will comply with continuing education requirements.
- Participate in provider recruitment activities.
- Participate in activities that foster the development of clinical support team members.
Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Provider training program.
- Current license in the State of California as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.
- Current DEA certification.
- Current Board Certification from accredited organization for the certification of Advanced Practice Providers.
- Current CPR certifications.
- Must relate well to all cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic groups within the East Valley service area.

- Fabricate mechanical parts using CNC & Manual mill, CNC & manual lathe, and other metal working equipment.
- Rework of parts tooling, molds, and fixturing.
- Knowledge in measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Design, build, and machine prototype molds, new production molds, extrusion dies and mandrels, cutting tools, pad printing, guiding, and holding fixtures to meet production requirements and work order requests.
- Prioritize, track, and report the status of all jobs and work orders in a timely fashion. Keep mold maintenance logs, tooling inventory, and equipment maintenance records updated and current.
- Coordinate outsourcing of machining job that require outside expertise, equipment, or capacity.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED equivalent degree or equivalent experience in related field, trade school is preferred.
- Math skills, with good knowledge in algebra and trigonometry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing tool repair, support, and maintenance to a manufacturing environment, specializing in medical grade silicone extrusion and molding processes preferred.
- Ability to design simple mechanical components from concepts and documents.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks, MasterCAM, CNC equipment, conventional mills, lathes, and surface grinding.
- Strong technical ability in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and 3D CAD files is required.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in an organized manner.
- Mechanically inclined, close attention to detail, adapts to change easily, and high level of motivation to complete tasks promptly.
