Key Responsibilities: Follow preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on fabrication equipment.
Perform fabrication work including laser welding, bending, and related processes to support equipment repairs and modifications.
Maintain, repair, and improve industrial machinery and production support systems.
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment interruptions and maximize uptime.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with laser welding, bending, and fabrication processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must Have Steel Slitter Machinery Experience.
