Position Summary

The Property Deployment Strategist plays a critical role in the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of our self-guided touring solutions across multifamily communities. This role is primarily responsible for designing, building, and configuring self-guided tours, ensuring each property delivers a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized prospect experience.


Working hands-on with our proprietary software and design tools such as Figma and Canva, the Property Deployment Strategist creates and deploys tours, conducts regular on-site property visits to walk communities and validate tour paths, collaborates with client teams, monitors early performance KPIs, and executes quality assurance to support long-term adoption by leasing staff and prospects.


Key Responsibilities


Client Onboarding & Tour Deployment

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new communities, ensuring smooth system setup, CRM/data integrations, and feature activation.
  • Design self-guided tours for multifamily properties using Figma and Canva, following established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Build and configure tours within our proprietary platform, ensuring all required steps, checkpoints, and configurations are completed accurately prior to launch.
  • Validate tour path logic on-site, confirming a seamless, intuitive, and branded prospect experience.
  • Train client leasing teams, marketing staff, and leadership on platform functionality, messaging, and adoption best practices.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to customize workflows and ensure alignment with community leasing goals.

Quality Assurance, Optimization & Reporting

  • Conduct post-launch quality assurance testing of tours as built, validating flow, logic, and system reliability.
  • Identify and correct configuration errors, incorporating client feedback and on-site observations.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including time-to-launch, adoption rates, CSAT, first-tour success, and feature utilization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Client Success Manager to promote active conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine the onboarding playbook based on lessons learned in the field.

Client Relationship & Collaboration

  • Act as the primary onboarding liaison, building strong partnerships with client leadership and on-site teams.
  • Partner with the Property Success Manager to help clients achieve maximum conversion potential by analyzing lead behavior, tour outcomes, and follow-up strategies within the first 45 days of deployment.
  • Participate in onboarding check-ins, adoption reviews, and performance presentations to client stakeholders.

  • Assist in gathering information to complete Bid Qualification and Criteria requirements.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to become familiar with unique project requirements and analyze existing site conditions to determine required scope that is not already indicated.
  • Review and interpret project documents to determine job-specific material, equipment, and labor requirements for scope development.
  • Prepare written scopes of work for subcontracts and suppliers and coordinate mechanical scopes with the work of other trades (e.g., civil, structural, architectural, electrical, etc.).
  • Participate in pre-proposal design coordination meetings to support the development of pricing documents for conceptual estimates.
  • Perform constructability analysis of project documents. Communicate design and constructability issues to the project team, while identifying risk elements and appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Provide viable design alternatives and value engineering propositions with analysis supporting benefits to initial and life cycle cost, schedule, maintenance, etc.
  • Perform quantity survey of mechanical systems and components using digitized software, and apply industry standard labor rates (e.g., MCAA, PHCC, etc.) to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor for conformance with proposal requirements; level scopes and identify low cost/ best value responses while capturing assumptions, rationale, inclusions, exclusions, etc.
  • Prepare estimates used for bidding and budgeting purposes (including self-performed work); participate in internal estimate review process and assist with final recap of estimate for presentation to senior management.
  • Support project management tasks, including budgeting, schedule development, interim design review, change order pricing, procurement, value engineering, and vendor selection based on proposal development.
  • Coordinate with project teams to evaluate productivity for historical data and schedule/ cost forecasting purposes.
  • Maintain and improve supplier and subcontractor database utilizing the company’s prequalification program.
  • Supervise junior estimators, estimating assistants and/or Interns, providing training and support in a mentoring capacity and review work products for quality control.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists subrogation attorneys in all aspects of recovery of paid medical benefits.

Duties include tracking litigated cases, maintaining subrogation records, sending initial subrogation notices, and searching court databases.

• Types and proofreads legal documents including, but not limited to, motions, pleadings, interrogatories, and subpoenas to be filed in court.

Prepares documents for trial.

• Handles administrative duties such as: photocopying, sending and retrieving faxes, answering telephones and taking messages, receiving and escorting law department visitors.

• Assists with setting up depositions with witnesses and requests checks for witness fees.

• Arranges meetings, conference calls and reserves conference rooms for law department staff.

• Delivers or arranges delivery of documents to judges’ chambers, other law firms, etc.

• Maintains office files and records.

Assists with developing and updating standardized legal forms and documents.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

• Service Area Requirement: Exempt (Non-Union) employees must live within the boundaries of the CTA Statutory Service Area either at the time of employment or within 6 months of beginning employment at CTA.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES • Must possess a suitable temperament and disposition necessary for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with attorneys, Authority personnel and external contacts.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite or Corel Office Suite including Word and Excel and trial visual aids.
