Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr. National Sales Manager K-12 Bid, Foodservice based in Minnetonka, MN.
The Sr. National Sales Manager for K-12 Bid is the subject matter expert responsible for the national K-12 bid strategy, planning, and execution of our Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. Portfolio (Yoplait, GoGURT, Trix Yogurt, & Mountain High) within the K-12 segment. This is a highly analytical and technical commercial role focused on maximizing our participation and profitability in all state and national school district bid cycles, aligning our product portfolio with USDA SBP/NSLP/CACFP regulations. This Leader works in close cooperation with the Trade & Finance Teams internally to set the multi-year bid strategy, and is a key influencer to Marketing & R&D to establish the innovation pipeline in the K-12 channel. This Leader also works closely with the K-12 Bid Specialist team at the Broker to execute the strategy flawlessly nationwide in each cycle.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Bid Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive multi-year K-12 bid strategy, focusing on the top 250 school districts nationwide. Translation of this strategy into tools for the K-12 Bid Specialist team to execute at the Broker in partnership with Marketing. Direct responsibility to call on the top districts across the U.S. with our Broker partners.
Reporting & P&L Management: Work with the sales operations and data and analytics team to code, scrub, and process all bids to report wins/losses/maintenance of bids annually, so we can strategically monitor regional competitive pricing trends and iterate our strategy.
Channels Expertise: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the K-12 segment, considering specific nuances of USDA regulation changes, monitoring state legislation closely to influence product renovation needs, and partnering closely with State & National School Nutrition Association.
Collaboration/Internal Influence: Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to align internal resources to meet the complex needs of the K-12 and champion the opportunity to keep kids well fed and ready to learn in schools with our portfolio.

The Treasury Management Sales Officer I is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining treasury business banking relationships with Nicolet National Bank. Partnering and building relationships with other business lines to help with cross sales of Treasury Management products and services.
As a Treasury Management Sales Officer I, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new and existing commercial customers and determines what products and services would best meet their financial needs. Looking for opportunities to cross-sell and refer to other business lines.
- Planning and implementing a call schedule for those identified customers. The plan should include calling on customers with Commercial Bankers and annual reviews of products, services, and changes in their business with current customers.
- Developing a business plan for region to grow and maintain profitable relationships. Including call schedule as part of the plan.

The Manager, Art Direction & Product Design works closely with the Director, Product Design to support art direction and feedback and manage the Product Design team. The team is accountable for the developing products and packaging for the CURiO Brand portfolio that are innovative, beautiful, safe, and sellable to end consumers. This position provides expertise and guidance to the Product Design team in the creation and sourcing of custom vessels (glass, metal, and ceramic), and secondary packaging (paper boxes, tubes, bags, labels, hangtags). The position collaborates across CURiO's departments, working closely with: Project Management, Brand, R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Marketing. The role has direct reports that may consist of any of the following positions: Sr. Product Designer, Product Designer, or other similarly assigned roles.

Work Responsibilities:
Design & Concept: Guides the Product Design team in translating creative requirements from concept through execution using a unique combination of creative and analytical talents.
- Helps lead strategic thinking of CURiO creative work, ensuring design vision aligns with business objectives, brand aesthetics and costing goals.
- Assigns and manages team workflow of projects, monitoring overall capacity of product designers.
- Helps to identify and implement process improvement areas that result in simplified steps and gain efficiencies for the company.
- Organizes and condenses design feedback into digestible, actionable tasks for product designers.
- Leads design meetings as needed throughout the development process.
- Participates in the approval of prototype samples for style details, construction, safety, and usability.
