Summary:
The Manager of Operations Analytics & Program Controls leads a team of analysts responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize operational performance. This role oversees and performs the development of advanced analytical models, reporting frameworks, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications:
Minimum:

- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, operations, or business intelligence, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- 5–7 years of program and project controls experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Tier4 Group is seeking a driven IT MAWM Technology Analyst to support and evolve enterprise‑wide IT initiatives centered on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
