Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises liability, auto, and torts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and deliver exceptional legal representation.
