Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs all work according to FMCSA and H&K Safety policies
- Drives truck under loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, cement, and water and starts mixer
- Drives truck to location for unloading
- Moves levers on truck to release concrete down truck chute into wheelbarrow or other conveying container or directly into area to be poured with concrete
- Cleans truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening in mixer and on truck
- Sprays surfaces of truck with protective compound to prevent adhering of concrete
- Assembles cement chute
- Performs daily pre and post trip of vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institution
- Class B CDL
- Good driving record
- 1 year of experience tri-axle driver
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able and willing to work nights and weekends, and be adaptable to start time and schedule based on business needs

- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed

GENERAL PURPOSE

- Works directly with the Material/CMF, Marketing and IT teams relating to systems issues, functionality and improvements of the COM System
- Maintains data integrity of all COM information residing in the COM System working closely with the Materials/CMF team
- Works directly with Muuto Supply Chain team in Denmark and Muuto European suppliers on all Muuto COM testing and production orders
- Maintains data integrity in the Muuto COM Database which is managed outside of the Herman Miller COM System
- Point of contact for all COM process questions both internally and externally
- Assists dealers, designers and sales team with access to the Omni Navigation and COM System as well as the Muuto COM Database to obtain accurate COM information for order placement
- Oversees the Swatch Reference Program with obtaining and maintaining proper COM pictures and fabric detail for all MillerKnoll Manufacturing locations
- Process all COM Test and Colorway Set Up Requests submitted through the COM System
- Act as the procurement agent for MillerKnoll purchased COM’s from the fabric suppliers who are part of the Supplier Connection Program issuing purchase orders through Baan and Maximo
- Determines if order moves to Scheduling or placed on hold pending receipt of fabric
- Oversees all COM fabric receipts, proper identification and packing list allocations to inhouse customer orders for all MillerKnoll brands and determines if order moves to Scheduling or remains on hold pending additional fabric receipt
- Coordinates testing, production orders and material receipt and transfer according to where the product is being built
- Investigates and problem solves any COM application issues, fabric shortages and transferring/shipping issues that occur
- Investigates international shipping and customs clearance delays for fabric in transit to the Muuto European supplier network
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, social sciences, or equivalent years of experience.
- 4-5 years' experience in a customer service professional, sales, or a direct commercial customer contact position that involves extensive multimedia (phone, email, web-based) contact; manufacturing or service industry preferred.

The Ultrasound/Echo/Vascular Student Intern performs daily tasks to help manage the workflow of the department to include transporting, stocking, and assisting in procedures.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly identifies the patient and appropriate exam/modality with the maximum amount of care Assumes responsibility for assigned area, making sure all equipment and supplies necessary for that area are readily available for use Maintains cleanliness of ultrasound rooms.
The bed, ultrasound equipment, and all surfaces must be cleaned after each patient Adheres to the hand washing policy, washing hands before and after each exam Adheres to all policies as they relate to wounds and infections during the performance of any examination Assist sonographers in setting up ultrasound examinations and procedures Acknowledges that the employee under no circumstances performs sonographic exams independently.
Employee must have direct supervision at all times during imaging.
May shadow or assist sonographic examinations and procedures.
Assist staff sonographers in retrieving/transporting patients and supplies, preparing the room for the procedure, obtaining patient history, preparing patient for exam, and cleaning the equipment and transducers.

Prepare and enter customer invoices accurately and on time.
Assist with journal entry preparation and posting as needed.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including reporting.
Calculate and prepare monthly and quarterly commission statements.
Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Provide ad-hoc support to the Accounting Manager as required.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
3.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
4.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
5.
Proven experience in managing general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
6.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
7.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
8.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and adhere to quality control documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain machine productivity.
Participate actively in 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Ability to interpret part drawings and work instructions.
Proficiency in CNC lathe operation (Miyano, Mori) and/or CNC milling (Makino, HAAS, Brother).
Strong mechanical aptitude with above-average manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of geometric and trigonometric formulas; intermediate math skills preferred.
