• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.

Position Summary:

The Health & Wellness Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of residents within the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality care delivery.

This role is eligible for a 10% annual performance-based bonus, aligned with individual and community performance goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Ensures that community follows all federal, state, local laws and regulations as it pertains to clinical care.
• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting occurrence trends, and if necessary, develop/implement improvement plans.
• Partners with Administrator and other team members to analyze and maintain all resident and team member health safety.
• Partners with pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.
• Responsible for clinical expertise of licensed nurses.
• Assists with educational presentations as assigned by administrator.
• Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through the assessment/ Service Plan process including documentation for residents with a change in health care status.
• Responsible for overseeing the completion of the monthly updates and reporting any pertinent changes to the responsible party.
• Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential change in service/medication levels if applicable.
• Ensures the resident’s service plan is updated as indicated by state regulations.
• Participates in community awareness activities and community relations.
• Maintains communications with resident’s family and/or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
• Informs the Business Office of fee changes related to care needs, if applicable.
• Schedules clinical staff on a monthly basis.
• Ensures adequate clinical supplies are available.
• Participates in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Provides supervision to LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants and others as assigned to assure delivery of consistently high quality care to residents. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
• Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
• Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
• Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
• Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available

Qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred
• Surgical Tech Certification
• One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center)

The Opportunity

It is all about learning and growing. Our Customer Service Claims Representative role may be a new career for you. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Phoenix office (1 Norterra Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85085) as a Customer Service Claims Representative. You will be part of an outstanding contact service center, where you will focus on providing claims service to members regarding the initial contact on all Auto or Property First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims. In addition, you will respond to status inquiries from various parties, document reported losses, set appropriate expectations, provide proactive communications, advice, and empathy to our members.

What you'll do:

• Document First Notice of Loss by obtaining relevant information for effective claim investigation. Set up appropriate services, as needed, to proactively move claims forward to the furthest point in the process within scope of role and expectation.
• Create loss reports, describe or verify coverage as appropriate, and initiate the most effective method of damage assessment to assign for file handling.
• Assist with questions regarding the claims process and set expectations for next steps to help ensure claims are effectively resolved and accurately documented.
• Resolve status inquiries and, when appropriate, route to handling adjuster.
• Effectively operate in a fast-paced, high-volume, contact center environment taking back-to-back calls and navigating multiple systems and programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that occurs across multiple communication channels.
• Apply strong time management skills by closely adhering to assigned work schedule.
• Embrace continuous improvement and development through coaching and collaboration with manager and team members.
• Use strong call management skills by assisting members within a timely manner and limiting non-productive time.
• May assign or initiate emergency services when required on specific claims.
• Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed which may include potential weekends, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
• Work various types of claim loss notices and inquiries, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.

Compensation range: The hiring range for this position is: $43,750 to $44,750.

This role has primary responsibility for shift management, hiring/firing, onboarding, training, development, corrective action, and managing performance of restaurant team members and delivery drivers.

Restaurant team members and delivery drivers directly report to this position.

This position is assigned to high volume and/or high complexity restaurants and reports to the restaurant General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:  Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members, which ensures each delivered product meets Papa John's standards and accurately reflects the customer's order.

Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools including Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.

 Ensure food safety certifications are up to date for all team members and manage Company's assets by ensuring restaurant is clean and meets safety and security standards at all times.

 Supervise work activities of all non-exempt restaurant team members, including shift leaders, in-store team members and delivery drivers during assigned work schedule.

 In absence of General Manager, responsible for all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service.

Actively recruit customer focused team members, maintain adequate staffing levels according to projected sales, properly orient and train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure shift compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and communicate performance expectations to direct reports.

Document performance issues and take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Effectively coach and develop team members; and support an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.

 Contribute to the achievement of sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service through team member training on products and sales execution.

 Contribute to and execute plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance profits of restaurant.

Execute shift level financial controls and cash management responsibilities.
