Role Description

The Product Development - Jewelry role is a full-time, on-site position based in Clifton, NJ. The responsibilities includes successful development of jewelry collection for clients, researching market trends, executing design innovations, and overseeing the transition from concept to final product. The role also involves working closely with the production team overseas to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished jewelry pieces while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to identify emerging trends and customer preferences
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Responsible for tracking and aligning all development projects with established timelines
• Attention to detail and a passion for jewelry design
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in the jewelry industry is preferred
• Relevant education in Design, Business, or a related field is an advantage
• Practical CAD knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge in spreadsheet and design tools such as Canva is a must
