We’re hiring Relationship Managers to support healthcare customers using EDI software that powers critical healthcare and supply‑chain operations (Prior Experience with EDI Software is Welcome, but not required). This is a post‑implementation role — no sales. You’ll be given a book of business and focus on long‑term client success, issue resolution, and adoption. This is not a SQL developer position, but we do need someone who understands how SQL is used in real-world healthcare workflows and can confidently navigate basic technical conversations.


The role starts fully onsite for your first month (to support training and onboarding), then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days onsite each week.


What you’ll be doing

  • Own and nurture relationships with healthcare customers as their primary point of contact
  • Lead recurring client meetings to review open items, system usage, and performance metrics
  • Help clients maximize value from self‑service tools and reporting packages
  • Triage issues, perform basic troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis, and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate closely with internal technical and customer experience teams
  • Track support requests and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution
  • Maintain clean documentation for implementations, service profiles, and client communications
  • Share customer feedback to help drive product improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Communicate new features, enhancements, and improvements to customers

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, claims, billing, account management, or related functions
  • 2+ years in a client‑facing role supporting customers, implementations, or ongoing support
  • Comfort navigating technical conversations, including basic SQL understanding and minor troubleshooting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard productivity tools
  • A customer‑first mindset with excellent listening and communication skills
  • Basic Experience with SQL


Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience with EDI claim workflows or familiarity with the X12 environment



$100,000 to $130,000 per year annual salary.
